The living room area with TV and sofa bed of 120x200. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed 140x195, a wardrobe and a desk. Bathroom with shower. TV with international channels, high speed Wifi and air conditioning. The apartment is secured with security door and videophone. Convenience : Personalized delivery of the keys at arrival. Arrivals are from 3pm until 8pm. It is possible to get the keys earlier depending on availability. Between 8pm and 11pm, additional cost: 25 € Arrivals after 11pm have an additional cost of 40 €. Public transport is infrequent, a car is preferable. Palmela Castle is close-by, as is the Arrábida Natural Park. Beaches, Setúbal, Lisbon and the airport are within easy reach.

The apartment is housed in a charming, historical and totally renovated building. The flat is on the first floor with a private and common entrance to the building. It has one bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds and a double mattress on a Mezzanine on the floor; one bathroom; an american kitchen and a spacious living room . It also has a private garden and a small private fountain that works as a pool. You have air conditioning and central heating as well.

Located in a historic and charming building, totally refurbished in 2018. With a great location, between the viewpoint of Portas do Sol (Alfama) and Graça viewpoint, 2 minutes walk from the famous tram 28 and 5 minutes walk from the Castle. Great to discover the historic center.
