What’s not to like…. The apartment is clean, spacious, showers are powerfull and beds comfortable. We didn’t use the cooking facilities as only visiting for a couple of days. Situated in a great area for cafes, transport etc. Bonus for us - we also enjoyed a fabulous firework display from one of the cruise liners too. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Lisbon. Clean place with a great location & centrally located. Incredible view of the bridge and Christ statue! It is on 4th floor with no elevator so be prepared to take stairs. Use the light on wall to see your way up and down them or else you use your phone flashlight. Close to restaurants, ATM and grocery store. You can hear some street noise at night but nothing crazy. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were kind enough to let us check in early! Had a bottle of wine and water ready for us. Very nice being able to do our laundry there! They even have a dryer which was awesome. I definitely would recommend this place! We hope to be back one day soon.

Paulo was an amazing host. He picked us up at the airport, was so communicative and gave us amazing tips on what to do in Lisbon. The location of the apartment was stunning and the apartment had all the amenities we needed. It was charming and surprisingly big considering the location!

Rita’s place was amazing. It was clean and exactly as described. Perfect for myself, my husband and our toddler. The location was excellent. Right on the 28 tram line. We enjoyed eating at the cafe downstairs and watching the trains go by. She provided awesome local recommendations. One of the places she suggested for a coffee / drink / snack with a view was one of our favorite unexpected surprises. The view from the back balcony and also front windows was spectacular. Rita was super sweet and responsive. Would stay here again.

You are one block away from one of the most incredible views that we saw while in Lisbon. The suite was just what we needed for our multi-generational family trip. Enough room to play and lots of spots to find a quiet space. We were close to the Metro and a few of the bigger monuments in Lisbon, while also far enough away to have a calm moment. The backyard pool was perfect for the hot days and long days when we just needed a little recoop.

Paulo is an exceptional hotel! He picked us up from the airport and showed us around the neighborhood with many very qualitative recommendations! the accommodation is on a very quiet street but only 2 steps from the famous June party in the Alfama district of Lisbon. Everything was perfect! Thanks again!

The place was modern and comfortable. I had 2 good nights of sleep in there. Shower was good, everything worked well. The location will depend on what you want. Everything was clean apart from the calcium in the bathroom glass. Honestly it doesn’t bother me at all, it is just a tip for the owners. Everything else was perfect, I would definitely stay there again depending on my needs due to its location. You can see that the owners really care about how you feel when staying at their place.

I stayed in Alcochete for 6 weeks and both the house and area exceeded expectations (which were high to begin with). The town is a treasure, being both delightful and close to Lisbon (30 minutes by bus). The house is perfect for one or two people (maybe more). and has a good internet connection for working. The agent Vitoria was responsive and helpful (albeit unable to fix a nationwide power outage!) Highly recommended.

Lovely house, great base location for accessing the lovely beaches nearby and having a great place to hang out.

The house is beautiful, everything works perfectly well. We had only one problem, on the last day the hot water failed and it did not return until we left. Unfortunately on this day the host did not respond promptly as usual and the solution presented did not work. However, I considered this problem to be something punctual, since the house was wonderful and everything worked very well. So I think it was an isolated situation and I didn't let it influence mew review in general. I recommend the house and would return peacefully. Everything was very well presented, the house is modern, super clean, excellent bathroom, perfect shower, my passengers loved it.

Christoph was a warm and friendly host with whom we had several nice chats including when he invited us and our little dog, Jimi, for sundowners and coffee. Christoph was very welcoming to us all, including Jimi, who made great friends with his dog Lara. He was very responsive to our needs, although we had no problems other than that Jimi would have liked to have spent lots more time with Christoph and Lara! Christoph kindly solved this problem for us at our request by creating a barrier between Jimi and his and Lara's private space to stop Jimi from becoming a nuisance! Christoph is very knowledgeable about the local and surrounding areas and recommended some nice places for us to visit. Christoph has created a lovely, comfortable and well equipped home for his visitors and we would highly recommend Casa Belavista to anyone wanting to explore this beautiful part of Poprtugal. My friends and I stayed at Teresa's at the end on May. We all had a fantastic time. The pool and the balcony were very nice for relaxing after a day out in Lisbon. Teresa was a very responsive host and was able to help when necessary. Would highly recommend!

I was at Ivanka’s place for three nights before leaving Portugal and it was just what I needed! A perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. A beautiful view and very quiet. Surprisingly a lot to do nearby as well!

We loved staying here! Very spacious, clean, and charming comfortable decor. We loved Twiggy and Peanut the friendly outdoor cats (but she will remove upon request). Being able to park for free is a big plus.

Five stars!!! We had such a wonderful time in this amazing and family friendly apartment. It is located in a great neighborhood in Seixal, and the river view from the balcony is absolutely gorgeous. The apartment was super clean, beautiful aesthetic, and well organized. We loved Anna’s recommendations in terms of things to do, and the local restaurants around the area. She was also very responsive to our inquiries during our stay - super helpful. Thank you so much. We definitely recommend this place.

Phenomenal stay and with a wonderful patio. The only downside is that we arrived right at the Patron's festivities and the street was a little noisy at bedtime. Otherwise great.
