Joanna responded quickly to our late-night inquiry and kindly waited for our midnight arrival, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The place was clean, with hot showers and fresh towels, and located in a quiet area, just as we preferred. She also allowed us to shower after checkout before our afternoon activity and helped us arrange a tricycle when needed. They also offer bike rentals, making our stay even more convenient.

the villa was actually even better than on the photos, very beautiful and spacious. great swimming pool and garden. there is staff on site if you need any help.

Christine was a fantastic host and really helped make our stay enjoyable. We arrived late in the evening and she recommended a couple restaurants in walking distance for food. She also arranged our pick up from the airport which was a big help given it was so far away. The bungalow was incredible and you could tell how much effort Christine and her husband had put into making it a gorgeous place to stay. It was only a short 10 minute moped ride into Moalboal and served as a nice private little retreat. Thank you so much!

Be sure to follow the instructions listed on the listing on how to get there, NOT, I repeat, NOT the default google/apple maps/waze as it will take you to a random house somewhere. I found the directions on the listing and followed it and was able to get to the place. This place is just walking distance to the main strip where the restaurants, bars, stores, and parties take place, but surprisingly, it was really, really quiet and peaceful! You couldn’t hear any noise, unless you start screaming. So if you’re a party animal, but also want some “me” time when you’re exhausted from all the parties and stuff, this is the place to be. The place was clean, and private. Meaning I had a fenced small villa/cottage. Toilet & Bath was clean. Has a safe for your passports/docs. If you have a scooter/motorcycle, you can even park it in your yard. If you have a car, they have a designated parking lot on the property too. Overall, the experience was great.

I don't want to write a fantastic review because next time this place will be fully booked! But in reality, it was perfect. Great pool, fantastic and helpful/friendly staff, room was amazing and the location couldn't be beat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I am happy that it was available for me to experience. Gia's place was exactly as pictured. You pay for the location and breathtaking views from the balcony. Literally steps from the ocean where you will see everybody snorkeling and diving with turtles and sardines. The location is very close to a popular dance bar that is open until 3am with music playing until then. The offshore boats begin their tours at 7am with noise from the boats and people. I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. The room itself has a very rustic feel, is spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space and perfectly working AC. The water pressure in the shower was low, but functional. This rental space will grow on you. The people who operate the reception, kitchen and tours were so friendly and helpful. Toto is a local guide who frequents the property and if you choose to make Gia's your next accommodations while in Moalboal, his local suggestions and knowledge of the area is superb. I would 100% book again.

I love everything about my stay at Evangeline’s place - It’s above 5 Stars. We felt at home during my stay , the staff’s( Lezel, Arlene and all others ) services were above and beyond - they were always assisting whenever you need help -very warm and friendly people. The house is so clean and, spotless. The house is located by the beach, so you can hear the sound of the waves that provide so much serenity especially at night- super romantic ! My whole family really had so much fun during their stay . Since we were not familiar at the location, the Host was very helpful assisting whatever we needed by referring us ( Massage , Private Chef - the best cook , and others )! Can’t wait to come back to this place , Very highly recommended! Thank you so much Evangeline for your perfect house and Staff, keep up the good work ! Love you guys 💕
