The spacious 220 sqm villa (built in 2019) is located at Brejos da Carregueira de Cima, a small quiet village within a 5 minutes drive from the popular beaches of Carvalhal and Pego. Set in a pristine nature reserve marvellous walks and runs in the pine woods are just 50m away . Carvalhal (10 min drive) & Comporta (12mins) ou can find main services as groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, bank, shops, etc. In high season a grocery shop is in 5mins walkings distance.

Located in the center of the village of Carvalhal, the house is close to the cafes, restaurants and shops of the village, and just 10 minutes by bike from the most beautiful beaches in the region. The house consists of 4 bedrooms all with their own bathroom, the kitchen open to the dining room and the living room have recently been decorated in the style of Comporta. Outside, guests can enjoy a swimming pool, pergola with sitting area, and table for alfresco dining.

This villa is located in the heart of the village of Torrão, at the foot of the Bairro dos Castelos, about 200 m from Bernardim Ribeiro Square, where the National Highway 2 passes. Close to Torrão, you can enjoy nature and the Vale do Gaio dam, where you can enjoy the scenery and practice water sports. The city of Évora is 45 km away. The beach is 60 km away. The house has private covered parking for two cars and air conditioning.

The blue consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom. Maximum accommodation for 4 people. Garden with swimming pool, barbecue, sun loungers, hammocks, garden dining areas and two small lakes. Pets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 7 CATS. The garden and pool are shared by the two accommodations. The garden has 2 surveillance cameras.
