The apartment of about 70 square metres is located on the fourth floor of the complex and is accessible by lift. It has a nice living room with a balcony. Kitchen with four burners, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

Super comfortable, new house on 3 floors. We built it how we like it! Large, well equipped kitchen with a rocket R58 to make the best coffee! Living/dining area and bedrooms with views. Balconies on 3 floors. Perfect for relaxing, enjoying food, wine and company. No bunk beds! 4 bedrooms sleep 8 with 3 bathrooms, offering space and privacy. 14 min drive or 18 bus to Lenzerheide for excellent hiking, biking and skiing. 5 min walk to train. Storage for bikes/skis, laundry, small gym.

A cozy Apartment close to the bus stop. We enjoyed being able to make use of the hotel facilities. The Restaurant above is highly recommendable. Matteo responded very quickly to any questions. Will definately visit again.

Die Wohung war sehr sauber und die Kommunikation vom Viva Ferien Team war sehr klar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Sie ist klein, aber fein und sehr gut gelegen (nahe Talstation Laax und fast direkt neben einer Bushaltestelle). Ein Gratisparkplatz für ein Auto ist auch dabei. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber angetroffen und die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der morgendliche Kaffee kann in einer kleinen Bialetti frisch zubereitet werden. Das Kaffeepulver kann man an der sehr nah gelegenen Tankstelle holen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen super Aufenthalt und danken Daniela für die Gastfreundschaft.

Kleine aber schöne perfekt ausgetüftelte Wohnung in der Nähe von Laax Zentrum und wenige Meter zum schibus.perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht- oder nicht. Großzügig 20 Kaffeepads für die Maschine da. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Pamela. Sauna auch im Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber, qualitativ hochwertig, alles vorhanden. Liebevoll eingerichtet. Mitbenutzung von Spa und Fitness ist ideal. Ebenso Shuttle zum Skilift. Dana immer gut erreichbar und antwortet schnell. Alles sehr gut organisiert. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Der Check-In war sehr einfach und wurde vom Gastgeber im Vorhinein sehr gut erklärt. Die Unterkunft war sauber und hat genau der Beschreibung entsprochen. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, falls man nicht kochen möchte. Besonders empfehlen können wir das Frühstück unten im Hotel! 😊

Staying at Ursi's place is probably one of the best airbnb experiences we've ever had: * The location is as good as it gets (20m walking to the ski lift, big supermarket, restaurants, etc.) * While small, the apartment had everything we needed for almost a week-long stay, was spotless-clean and well organised * Communication with Ursi was super easy and friendly, she was happy to accommodate us on a special request and was overall very nice.

die kommunikation mit tina war stets freundlich. die wohnung entsprach den bildern & war sehr gemütlich. wir fühlten uns definitiv wohl. auch kann man per fuss den supermarkt, bahnhof & die luftseilbahn innert 5’ erreichen. somit alles top - beim nächsten ausflug nach rhäzüns kommen wir gerne wieder :)
