Vacation rentals with a patio in Albula/Alvra

Our stay at Thomas' place was wonderful. Thomas personally welcomed and saw us off, offering us explanations of everything. He welcomed us with a delicious bottle of wine and offered us all the amenities. The apartment is in a beautiful place with a lovely landscape, in a very quiet area. It is also very well equipped with everything. We have rested, walked through nature, the environment is ideal to enjoy the waterfalls, the lake and nature.

Very nice apartment with great views of the mountains. Very quiet location. 20 min. drive from Bergün - 30 min. from Davos.

Great place in a perfect location!

We stayed a total of 5 nights at Jonathan's, the place was as pictured. The view was beautiful. Everything was clean and superbly equipped. The furnishings are of high quality and the beds very comfortable. The swimming pool with sauna was a great change, our daughter enjoyed it very much. We were mostly alone in the pool. Using the sauna was not an issue either. We say thank you and can highly recommend Jonathan and his accommodation

Perfect for a weekend stay. About a 10-15 minute walk to the gondola. Small shop and a couple of restaurants nearby. Host was very communicative. Thank you.

Very nice appartment! Good equipped! Nice and warm welcome from the owners in the shape of a nice welcoming document and a nice bottle of wine. There was a small problem with the bandwith of the internet and the owners immediately took action.

Perfect location to be able to move around centrally, everything can be reached on foot or by bus next to it. Everything was described perfectly and simply. We were able to enjoy the week superbly!

A beautiful and functional apartment, the view from the living room, the bed and the terrace is breathtaking! Not to mention the delicacy and taste in interior design. We had a wonderful time. Special mention for the clarity in communication with Corinne. It's a flawless one! A little in the heights of Locarno, it is very easily accessible in 20 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by funicular from the center. Perfect

We as four men were allowed to spend our annual Jass weekend in this awesome place. We are all from Glarus and know exactly that it is simply most beautiful here. It is a bit remote but reaches "civilization" in minutes. We will be happy to come back and felt very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Susanna and Benjamin's house. It's a really lovely home, very well cleaned and was able to sleep 8 of us.

The Rustico was exactly as we expected. In a quiet location, with a stunning view of nature. Ideal for relaxing. We especially liked the furnishings very much, we felt right at home. Since we were there for several weeks, we often had contact with Norbert. He was always available immediately and very helpful with his open manner. It is noteworthy that he has even postponed long-planned renovations so that the house is available to us during the desired period. We really appreciate that. We will definitely come back and recommend the Rustico! To get there, there is a description with video, so you can get right to the front door. We booked Caroline's place as a family with 3 teenagers (19, 17 and 15, girls and boys) over Easter. It was simply perfect from A - Z. The accommodation is easily accessible by public transport, but still very quiet and located near the forest. It offers a family enough space for everyone to retreat within the house even in the rain. The decor is perfect. There is more than anything that makes a well-equipped kitchen. Cooking and baking are really fun here! The whole decor is tasteful and decorated with a lot of love for detail. Caroline was always accommodating, committed, warm and concerned for the welfare of the guests. We will be happy to come back!

The place is amazing. Has a beautiful view of the Lake. The apartment is clean. Both Michaela and Domenico are great and very helpful. We felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Peter’s place for our ski holiday to Flumserberg . The gondola to Tannonboden ( ski slopes ) is a five minute walk ( in ski boots) from the apartment and the apartment a mere few metres from the shore of lake Walensee . We loved the space and cleanliness . The raclette and fondue makers were an added bonus and made eating in after a long day on the pistes fun !! I would highly recommend this apartment and not hesitate to book again .

Very nice, large and clean apartment in a central, quiet location with good facilities. 2x parking spaces and ski storage were perfect. It takes 7 minutes on foot to Parsenn Bahn. Thanks

Our daughter loved the pool. It's ideal for families. The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay. Locarno is accessible within 20min or a 5min bus journey. Accessing the flat was step-free via the lift, ideal for buggies. Would book again.

Good clean apartment in beautiful surroundings. Lake is a couple of minutes of walk. We enjoyed our stay.

We just enjoyed our getaway and the beautiful views, whether from the living room, dining table or pergola. The apartment was lovingly decorated, modern and very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked, there was nothing missing. We had rented the covered parking and this was great. Was located directly by the stairs to the apartment and there was still enough space for two e-bikes. Also, the steps to the apartment were very easy to master, even with luggage. Lighted in the evening. Check-in is uncomplicated and Sandra informed us well about everything in advance and at the end. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful apartment where it feels like home. Well-equipped and warm. Sigi has a lot of taste for decorating. I loved the photos of her and her family hanging on the walls. I think I would have liked to meet Sigi who must have been a kind and caring person. I highly recommend this spacious and beautiful place. Good luck Sigi renting your place.
