Four of us stayed for a month. This unit is very roomy. Especially nice is the living room/TV room/ dining room. Table is large with many chairs. TV is also large and has remote speakers. Furniture is extremely comfortable. Patio also sits many and catches the afternoon sun. The balcony off the main bedroom was sunny in the morning and quite large. Location just outside the old city walls is superb. Spar supermarket is 2 minutes away and had everything we needed. It also has laundry and nail facilities. Cleaning fee was fair and the overall price was a good deal

A great place to stay as a group, helpful host and a big spacious home with a great games floor on the bottom level. Would recommend for a family or group holiday.

There is nothing bad to say about this Villa. If anything it is even better then the description as there is a large grass area plus a balcony with seats and also a rooftop terrace (no furniture as narrow steps leading up). The place was spotlessly clean, pool area gorgeous and everything needed was supplied. It is just 5mins to a supermarket with enough selection to cover for holidays and the ‘old town’ which is a lovely area with some fab restaurants and bars. The walk to the marina wasn’t far and taxi back only €5-€7. Overall we had a brilliant stay and I would love to visit again. Just to note - the Villa wouldn’t be ideal for young kids as there’s a lot of steps/split level and the pool is very deep. But perfect for older kids/teenagers.

Very clean and stylish apartment with lots of modern lighting options and a large comfortable bed. Access to a private jacuzzi was amazing and the complex also has multiple pools which was great. Would highly recommended staying here

For us, it was the third time staying in this wonderful house. The house always makes you feel like home through the cosy design. Walking distance from the trainstation, always something to do. Due to its location, it’s ideal to make some stops by train (or bus) in other cities not the Algarve trainline (Lagos, Silves…). We always stay for a longer period to embrace the Portimão- lifestyle. Everything you actually need is available in the house, you can relax/eat outside on the terrace. If you need anything, Marina or António are available, but they also let you be at ease and check in as minimal as possible to let you relax on your own. As always, a wonderful stay for us.

Overall a fantastic villa for an extended holiday with family. The facilities and location were as expected and promoted, while not a new property it has aged well. The owner accommodated our need to have a disabled bed, wheel chair etc delivered prior to our arrival. We personally had a problem with very low sofas/chairs as we had elderly guests with us which resulted in us purchasing a lounge chair from Ikea. We left it for future guests. A few technical problems which we were unable to resolve with the team: * electrical gate chooses when to open which meant waiting several times trying to trick it to open. * pool heater/pump turned off (cleaner reset but it didn’t last) * jacuzzi never really worked with keys and temperature issues We would still recommend the Villa and the host

What a fantastic property and location. We had high expectations from the photos and price, but they were met and more. Modern with all of the amenities: cooking essentials, beach gear / toys, towels, beers if you're lucky the previous guest didn't finish them! Wendy and Manel are very responsive (when asked - not interfering!) and I am so glad they have shared their home with us for a week. We've walked the coastal path on past visits and wondered what it would be like to live in one of the villas right next to it... Now we know and want to do it again!
