What can I say about Craig’s place that hasn’t already been said other than if I could give it 100 stars, I would. My husband and I spent 8 nights in this slice of heaven and felt like we were on top of the world. From the inception of our reservation, we were well cared for by Craig and Georgina, who lives local and looked in on us. We wanted for nothing. The well appointed kitchen, beautiful linens, hot tub, pool (although weather made it too cold to swim) washer and the views. The VIEWS were magical and the stars and silence at night….beautiful. The hiking around Competa and Canillas was lovely. Craig’s info so helpful and the tourism office in Competa helped us with hikes also. We loved the Aquaduct hike from Canillas to Archez and the Goat Path from Comp to Can. Both easy! So much fun in Competa also. Bars and restaurants full of wonderful folks from all over the world. So welcoming. We loved Adriano’s in Competa as well as Alicat. Two fun places! Thank you Craig and Georgina!

Un séjour absolument parfait à Estepona, la maison est magnifique, la literie est très confortable, le cadre est magique à deux pas de la mer, un petit paradis ! Un accueil très chaleureux et arrangeant car nous avons pu avoir les clés avant 16h, ce qui nous a permis de profiter encore plus. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir! Un grand merci à nos hôtes !

Stunning villa and location. We travelled with our two children and they absolutely loved the heated pool which was a saviour when the clouds came. The host and Pepe were so helpful and we were even able to check in a little early when our flight arrived. Highly recommend for a peaceful week away.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Finca war herausragend! Mit Abstand das schönste, sauberste, gepflegteste und luxuriöseste Airbnb, in dem wir je waren. Es war alles rundum perfekt! Die Lage ist traumhaft ruhig in den Bergen mit grandioser Aussicht. Die Finca ist liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet, super gemütlich, sehr luxuriös - es fehlt an Nichts! Man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Es war alles unfassbar sauber und gepflegt. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt! Noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern :) Die Kommutation zum Host ist super nett, wir wurden herzlich in Empfang genommen, war jederzeit erreichbar und wir haben tolle Tipps für die Gegend bekommen. Alles in allem eine 10/10. Danke, dass wir bei euch sein durften.

What a wonderful Villa we’ve stayed in. Everything was great. Steve even got us a square table for us so we can play cards. Well worth the money. Highly recommended.

Our stay with Hedo Villas at Villa Artista was great. We were fourteen friends that stayed in the villa and the villa had enough room for all of us. Jasmina and Dario from Hedo Villas was quick to respond to our questions and help us out when we needed it. I would highly recommend renting the villa!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in der Villa Luna. Die Villa ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, modern und unfangreich ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten mit vielen Avocado-Bäumen ist groß, man kann darin spazieren gehen und den Vögeln zuhören. Auch der schöne Pool-Bereich ist erwähnenswert. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin verlief völlig unkompliziert, sie hatte stets alle Eventualitäten im Blick, wir fühlten uns gut informiert und umsorgt.

Enjoyed every minute staying here. The host was responsive and helped us organise a food shop as the flight we were on was late in the evening. The check out was flexible and the villa itself was lovely with plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. We visited the restaurant nearby and also walked into La Cala which only took 10 mins. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

Had a great stay at Simon’s place. Stayed there for 9 nights. Close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Christian was great throughout our stay. Very helpful and friendly. We will be back

I would highly recommend this beautiful villa to anyone .It is as described and in a lovely area with a well stocked super market at the bottom of the hill.Communication was excellent and they very kindly let us stay on the day of departure a bit longer as thevilla was not booked that day so thank you so much .This made out long weekend .So thank you very much

Very good value for our booking period and exactly as described. Great amount of space for the price, very quiet location a short walk down to various restaurants etc. It seemed like the obvious one to book when we searched and I would definitely book it again. Only minor thing to mention was that the outdoor table area to the right of the house wasn’t very clean and the table-tennis table looks like it has seen better days. But the weather has been so unusually bad in Malaga recently that I can understand parts of the outside not being absolutely tip-top when we were there. There is a lovely terrace off the lounge which we spent a lot of time on, also enjoyed braving the pool in the rain! We also made use of the great luggage storage room in the centre of Malaga.

We had a fantastic stay at Carlos’ apartment! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how bright, spacious, and clean it was. The large windows let in so much natural light, making it a perfect space for groups of friends or family to gather and enjoy quality time together. Carlos is an excellent host—he truly understands the needs of a larger group, ensuring the kitchen and dining supplies were well-stocked, and even providing plenty of cleaning supplies so everyone could pitch in. Carlos also gave us a great restaurant recommendation—Mesón Andrés—which was absolutely amazing in terms of taste! He was always super friendly, responsive, and quick to assist with any minor issues. We also tried to use the heated pool, but since the weather had been quite cold and rainy (around 10°C), it wasn’t as warm as we had hoped—still usable, but more lukewarm than truly warm.

Estefania is exceptional as a host. Very approachable and extremely responsive. Polite and professional she made our stay very easy and peaceful. At the property we enjoyed a peaceful and private space to relax and disconnect. Strong recommendation.

Magnifique séjour dans la maison de Thomas, avec qui la communication s'est très bien passé, Thomas est de bon conseil pour les restaurants. La maison est située dans les hauteurs de Marbella, elle est conforme à la description, fort lumineuse avec de grand espace intérieur qui s'ouvre sur l'extérieur. La cuisine est sur-équipée et l'environnement est très calme. Je ne peux que recommander aux futurs voyageurs.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Estepona! The property is modern, newly furnished, and has a fantastic layout – perfect for families. Our kids especially loved having their own TV room downstairs, which gave them their space while we enjoyed the rest of the villa. The jacuzzi was the highlight of our stay and was such a great option, especially since the pool had some technical issues and wasn’t available during our visit. Despite this, the villa still felt like a luxurious getaway. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay – definitely a super host! They were quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. One thing to note – we did experience a few power cuts when using the jacuzzi, oven, and heating all at once. It took a little time to figure out how to manage the electricity, as there wasn’t prior instruction on this. A quick heads-up on that could have made things smoother. The villa was the perfect accommodation for a family holiday, the villa was so clean and had everything we needed for ourselves and our young children. The Villa is in a quiet cul de sac and was so peaceful and quiet. The pool was clean and warm and there was a large well kept garden for the children to play. There is a verity of shops, bars and restaurants all within close walking distance and the neighbourhood felt very safe. Overall the owners had really thought about everything that would make your stay relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely be returning when we visit Calahonda again.

This is a lovely Spanish villa in the hills above Malaga. It had plenty of space for our party of 7 adults and one year old child. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the whole house was homely and beautifully presented. The outside kitchen area was much used and there were supermarkets within a short drive to stock up the fridges. The pool area, complete with hammock and sun loungers was delightful and the jacuzzi was a relaxing alternative . A car is essential for getting in provisions and making visits in the area. Jose was definitely a Superhost and always attentive to enquiries . He made some great recommendations for day trips and restaurants. We visited Malaga, Marbella, Mijas, & did the cool zip line at Sunview Pk as well as the Caminito del Rey hike. We had a wonderful week and highly recommend a holiday here.

We had an amazing stay at this villa! It was perfect for our group of 16 — super spacious, beautifully decorated, and really comfortable. The location couldn't have been better. The hosts were also fantastic, really helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with a big group!

Nous sommes très ravis de notre séjour sur Nerja chez Debby ! Un logement calme, proche de la mer, très bien équipé et idéal pour se ressourcer. Malgré le bruit des travaux sur la maison à côté, Debby a réagi très vite en réglant directement avec le voisinage. Excellente adresse sur Nerja, je recommande !

Beautiful location with stunning views. Very private. Mike welcomed us and was super friendly and helpful. The hosts were very approachable but not intrusive. The house was very clean and well equipped. Felt very homely and comfortable. The outside terrace was private and had a stunning view. It was sadly a little cold to use the pool due to the time of year but I imagine this would be fantastic in the summer. Instructions to reach the house were very clear and we had no issues finding it. We were staying just after worst rain in years so the way was a bit muddier than usual. We wish we had a 4x4 but under usual circumstances I don’t think this would be essential. Truly beautiful and I hope we can stay again in the future!

We had a wonderful month long stay at Lorie’s beautiful villa. It was well equipped for all our cooking and hosting needs. Spacious and comfortable for a group of 8. We enjoyed walking down the hill to the beach (20 min) and taking day trips to nearby Nerja, Granada, Malaga, Solabrena, and further to Seville and Ronda. Watching the sunrise over the hills and sea from the front patio with the stunning view will be etched in our memories of this happy time in La Herradura. The village itself is quiet and less touristy than others but with plenty of restaurants and activities for the family. Lorie was quick to respond to all our requests and a gracious host.

Nothing prepares you for Casa Del Mirador - it truly is a slice of heaven, on earth. Private, breathtaking views, exquisite decor and an attentive hostess who in my opinion has carefully strived to ensure the villa has everything one needs. There's a beautiful view from every room, the outdoor beds ensure you get the most of the sun, then there's the barbecue grill, the hot tub in addition to the swimming pool, towels, slippers, some basic groceries, the list goes on. If you can, book it either as a solo traveller or a place for two. This is a haven of tranquility, a place to rejuvenate and feel connected to nature. Her guide book for the villa and the local area is a masterclass for expectations from anywhere else. Thank you Michaela - 11 out of 10 - definitely a place to return to!
