This is a great spot, a privilege to stay in El Palo, literally right on the beach but with all the comforts of home - in particular we appreciated the huge array of crockery and cutlery , meaning we didn’t have to constantly put on the dishwasher - three bathrooms is an extra benefit !

Fantastic view. Nice and big house. Well equipped kitchen. Nice living room, however the dining table has only 6 chairs and difficult to sit more than 8. Emily is very helpful and service minded. The local town is beautiful and very close walking distance. There is a fantastic Danish bakery close to the house where we bought bread every morning. All in all the place is highly recommended.

We loved being in this apartment, it had a lot of light and two independent rooms with a fan. Also by having the glass balcony, we gained a lot of space in the living area, so we made quite life there. The location is very good, with many restaurants nearby and the beach is very close.

Wonderful deal and endless details that my family has had with me and my family. We will repeat for sure, the house is impeccable.

What a great place! Second floor studio. Incredible view of the beach. Such a nice lady came to welcome us. Many restaurants close by. San Jose is a blooming small city that was a charm to discover. No parking problem at the end of March. Furthermore, for the Canadian that we are, I have to add that the scenery going to the city left us breathless! And the water of the Mediterranean ocean is crystal clear! We could see the fish in the water at the port. Just loved my stay. Should have spent 4 or 5 days, relaxing at this location. Thank you.

We felt at home the whole time. Julio & Solène were available at all times and the contact was very friendly. The apartment matched both the pictures and the description, the area is very quiet and we found it to be a pleasant "alternative". The small shops and cafes in the immediate vicinity are far from the usual tourist chic. We liked that a lot. But it is also not far to the old town and everything is within easy walking distance. The apartment was very clean and you can find everything you need for your stay there. The two living rooms offer everything you could want for a cozy day at home - even when it rains. We could only use the terrace once due to the weather, but it basically offers an additional room when the weather is nice. You are also undisturbed and very private up there. If you want a nice apartment, away from the hustle and bustle, but still not out of the way, we can only recommend staying with Julio & Solène.

The apartment is very well-kept and clean. The only thing to improve, would be the sofa... that in the joints of the cushions, the wood is nailed so that they do not enter 4 adults sitting comfortably and the pillows were for me fine taste, as well as the single beds, too soft.

We have stayed these days of holy week there,Federico is an exceptional host and very kind and helpful. The apartment as seen in the photos,very nice and very cozy and everything was clean and perfect. A few minutes from downtown. I would definitely repeat the experience,we have been very comfortable. Apartment with everything you need to spend a few days enjoying the beach. Everything is very well prepared and modern. Very comfortable beds, even the sofa bed. Perfect for a couple with a child. For four people it would stay a little fair but you can live perfectly. The well equipped kitchen with quality appliances. The bathroom very well prepared. Terrace set up to be able to dine quietly. The great pool, very large and easily accessible. The beach is very close. Supermercados for the basics very close and mercadona a 5 min drive. There's a lot of restaurant nearby and the promenade as well.

Our stay at Tim's apartment was fantastic! The apartment is very spacious and was very clean. In addition, it was very well equipped. Although we had a small inconvenience with an electrical problem, they resolved it as soon as possible, which shows their commitment to guests. We definitely recommend Tim's apartment to any family looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place in Marbella. 100% recommended!
