Family cottage of 190 m2 for 15 people on 3 levels, completely renovated. Ideally located chalet at the foot of the slopes (departure ESF course and ESF Piou-Piou club), 150 m from the lake. In Albiez-Montrond at the Col du Mollard in Savoie at an altitude of 1630 m. Authentically charming village with exceptional views of the Aiguilles d'Arves, small preserved natural paradise. Ski area open from 12/21 to 03/23 + possibility to ski on the Sybelles area 15 min drive until mid-April.

Putting on skis right at the foot of your accommodation is obviously the dream of all vacationers who go to the snow 🤗 Just 150 meters on skis or on foot from the village square, the ESF, the nursery. In the top 20 charming resort villages and voted the 2nd most welcoming resort in France in 2023 by Airbnb. Rental only from Saturday to Saturday during school periods and during the ski season. Comfortable mountain chalet – Les Diablotins

This peaceful, spacious and very well arranged accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Completely renovated chalet (end of renovation early December 2024), bright, well-equipped located in the center of the resort. Walking distance: bakery, cheese shop, grocery store, sports stores, cinema, toboggan run, as well as ski slopes. Private parking spaces. Snow removal from the driveway and parking spaces provided by a company.

Beautiful 32 m2 apartment on the Albiez Montrond estate (Le Mollard). A beautiful place to spend a winter vacation (5/10 min from the snow front with ski lessons) as well as a summer vacation (many hikes to do as well as two puzzle games/walks for children). It also benefits from a great view to have your meals or aperitifs on the balcony.

An open-plan kitchen is showcased with modern appliances, including a stovetop and oven. Natural wooden walls create a warm, inviting feel. A doorway leads to a cozy living area, while a window offers views of the outdoor space. A television can be seen mounted on the wall.

Excellent stay! Clean and very cozy. At the foot of the slopes, we couldn't have asked for more! The bedding is impeccable and comfortable. The apartment is well equipped (raclette set/coffee makers/kettle etc.) The host provided us with good information and was attentive throughout the stay. Thanks again to her. We would happily stay again.

Nice place close to the ski area of Albiez-Montrond. It was however a smaller ski area, so we decided to drive to Orelle (50min drive) and take the lift there to the ski area of Val-Thorens and Les Trois Vallées. In general a really nice stay, also the view from the balcony was great.

Perfect stay! Very functional and very well-equipped apartment in every way. Friendly, welcoming host... Well heated. In addition, there is everything you need where you need it. Ideal with kids. Sledding track right next door. Steps are not a problem, even with little ones.

Excellent stay, the apartment is very functional, close to the slopes and the ski school is very nice with young children. The surface area is sufficient with 4 children from 3 to 7 years old.
