The accommodation matches the description and photos exactly. It's a great size to accommodate the right people. The property and facilities are new, as are the utensils. It needs some paint repairs justified by the host. It is up to the next guests to confirm if they have been made. The receptivity and flexibility of the schedules were also a strong point. We really enjoyed the experience and will return if we have the opportunity.

The house is fantastic, very beautiful, large and cozy. Excellent kitchen and gourmet space. The pool is delicious. The reception by the hosts was excellent. The surroundings have a market, bakery a good park nearby, everything possible on foot. The Guaspari winery is very close by. I highly recommend it.

The stay was great, the place is very quiet, perfect for relaxation. The view from the house to the lake is beautiful and when I was there I was bestowed by the routine of the geese who were diving and lavished charm in the mornings. On the infrastructure, the house is very good, cozy and functional, it has all the utensils necessary for stay, all in good condition and clean. I didn't miss anything. The barbecue area is great, providing freedom and integration to the environment. The site is close to the center and the wineries, but there is nothing close enough to go on foot, which is expected to be in a more reserved place - in the midst of nature.

Excellent experience! Large and well-kept house, with impeccable cleaning. The terrain is practically a farmhouse. The communication with Lucas was super easy and the indications helped a lot. It has good leisure structure for those who want to enjoy with the family (with swimming pool, football field and barbecue.). It is in a quiet and family condominium with easy access and close to the main entrance of Pinhal.

Letícia was a wonderful host. The house was spotless and is super charming. We were greeted with some treats in the kitchen that made all the difference in our lodging. Town, making us feel like a friend's house for the weekend.

We spent New Year's Eve there, which, to make it even better, unlike the crowd at the beach, you find peace, tranquility and an open sky full of stars.

A place of peace and tranquility, it offers a great place to stay. The house has all the utensils necessary for great comfort. It offers a unique connection to nature, providing a great view, easy access to the waterfall, camping, horseback ride and more. Access to the site is by means of a road without paving which makes it difficult to access (for people who own ordinary cars), being about 30 minutes from the city. But it delivers many attractions and other amenities, making the distance worth it.

The experience was excellent, new apartment, everything clean, exactly like the photos, good location, Rafa was very attentive and helpful and every moment, I recommend!
