Very spacious house, inside a small sustainable farm, 7 km from Espírito Santo do Pinhal, only 900 m from the highway. 50 meters from Toca do Kaynã (cafeteria and restaurant, see @tocadokayna). It has already received some awards, such as Outstanding Brazilian Coffee Grower, Sustainable Farm and Responsible Tourism in Latin America. The house has 5 very spacious en-suites, a large grassy garden in front and a soccer field, all surrounded by a wire fence and an electronic gate. Tour options within the farm.

The place is very well-located in the city, being a few meters from the center and at the entrance of the main avenue. There are two nearby markets, gas station, bakeries and food-trucks. The apartment is new and has a full kitchen, dining table, two bedrooms with 6 beds, dressers, a bathroom, laundry room, living room and a balcony to enjoy the view of our beautiful city. I also offer two parking spaces free of charge, n° 19 and 27. I ask guests to bring bed and bath linens.

Delicious house to spend a weekend of rest. Quiet and beautiful. The facilities are excellent, with a swimming pool, beach tennis court, fireplace and spacious rooms with large beds. Wi-Fi works well and everyone was able to work from there. Karina is extremely kind and quick to communicate. He gave tips, recommendations and was ready to help.

In addition to the space corresponding exactly to the advertisement, which in itself is worth the entire experience, we also had the opportunity to receive a unique welcome from the host Amanda, who spared no effort in all the requests of our group. It is well worth staying to enjoy the space itself or use it as a base to visit the region's wineries and restaurants. Highly recommended!

We have been traveling through Brazil for a year and we have already visited many places. We can say for sure that this is one of the best places on Airbnb where we stay. The house looks better than on the photographs. An incredible amount of historical and personal details that remain in memory for a long time. The location is amazing. The territory is simply huge; you can visit both the coffee farm and the historic farmhouse and see the animals if you are coming with children. The owner Esteban, a very open and generous person, quickly responds to all the messages, the communication with him was excellent. Bed linen and towels of the house followed the best traditions of the five-star hotels. We would like to go back and wait for it to happen.

My family and I are very happy with the stay, we can only thank you. First, the place is very beautiful, peaceful air, conducive to those who want to rest or have fun, in addition, the owner Mr. BETO, is to be congratulated, when we requested his assistance, he promptly left his region (Campinas) to assist us. Without a doubt, top marks. We'll be back!!!

It was a great experience!! The house is fantastic, very well equipped. Flavia was very attentive and helped with several tips. Rodrigo (caretaker) was very attentive and available, I highly recommend it. It has trails nearby and a beautiful view. The only points were the showers, which didn't heat up much and even burned on the last day (I think there was an electrical problem). But it was resolved by turning on the gas heaters. Another point is that it is quite distant and relatively difficult to access for low cars. I recommend going in a high car and taking supplies, because it takes almost an hour to get to Andradas.
