Great stay! Apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Joel was a welcoming host and responsive to messages. Nice extra touches of wine, chocolate, bread and milk. Plus beach towels and umbrellas to accomodate the variety of all the Melbourne weather events thrown at us for our weekend stay. Would definitely stay again.

I loved this place - it's full of character, with a beautiful layout, comfy rooms and bedding, an excellent parking space and Rebecca's thoughtful hosting with a little note to us, set up to be nice and warm on arrival and with great kitchen basics and treats especially for us. My husband enjoyed reading about the history of the building - it is particularly remarkable that it remains amongst the high-rise apartments surrounding it. How special to have open space and trees enclosed on the property!

Such a beautiful apartment, so spacious clean and neat, amazing views over Albert Park. Definitely will come back for another stay.

Lovely space to spend a long weekend in Melbourne. Close proximity to tram, restaurants and the beach. And a comfortable space to put your feet up to relax after sightseeing.

This was our third stay at 'Albert View'. Great apartment. Close to public transport, restaurants and convenient stores. The view is magnificient - St. Kilda Boulevard, Botanic Gardens and the city skyline. Anna is a great host, very approachable and always available to assist with any inquiries. Highly recommended. We will be back again soon - a home away from home!

Chris and Jenny’s place is absolutely spotless, well furnished and thoughtfully curated. The unit is in a great location that is super quiet and in walking distance to the beach, Albert Park cafes and number 1 tram. Chris and Jenny are lovely hosts and very responsive. We loved our stay and really appreciated the late checkout!

The apartment was lovely! Ideal location right on the beach and within walking distance of trams that take you straight into the CBD. Nic and Graci’s place was the perfect place to relax and was exactly what I needed during my stay. Would love to stay again!

Great location, nice facilities!

The apartment is located in downtown Melbourne, in a very new high rise and was impeccably clean. There is a small IGA a few doors down and some good bars and restaurants close by, as well as only 2 blocks from the Southern Cross station and the river. Although it is relatively sparsely furnished, it has everything that we needed for a short break, and the gym in the building is much better than most hotel gyms. Chris was very responsive and allowed us to leave our luggage because our flight arrived in Melbourne early. Although it didn't impact us because we were out an about for most of the day, there is no TV (but a piano if you are musically inclined) and while the bed was comfortable, it was like a futon on the floor, so it may not be ideal for older people with mobility issues. The price was amazing for such a nice apartment on a high floor in central Melbourne, and I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Wonderful place in South Melbourne. You can't beat the location -- you can walk or tram anywhere from here. The apartment has all the amenities you could ask for. Great views from the balcony too. This was my second long-stay at David and Valerie's place and I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Melbourne. Hosts are so helpful, flexible, and really make you feel at home. 5 stars all around!

The room was cozy, clean, and perfectly located, making it easy to get around. Alison was a wonderful host who went out of her way to ensure my partner and I had a memorable anniversary stay. She was always quick to respond to any questions and made sure we were as comfortable as possible throughout our visit.

Susie’s apartment was amazing !!to say the least It was really clean and exactly matching the photos and description given With an amazing gallery and of course the icing on the cake was the goodies kept like fruits breads different types of tea/coffee water bottles and what not. The location was as described with an easy 5 minutes walk to the tram/railway/bus station. To take u to the city centre in 10/15 minutes. Beautiful riverside walk nearby. Susie was a very easygoing and a lovely lady Would love to stay again

We had a great stay. Close to the city and was so helpful having an allocated car spot for the hire car. Unit was lovely and so comfortable. Chante was super helpful. Would highly recommend

We had a quick UBER ride from the airport to HV. Hotel. Since check in is at 3 pm they keep our luggages while we roam South Melbourne Market nearby. Katya messaged us for early check in. The place is very spacious, relaxing and pleasing to the eyes. Water pressure is strong with hot water from all the faucets. The washing machine and the dish washer works quietly ( some are noisy in my previous accomodations). Sound proofing is good. Nearby is a tram going to CBD. A short walk is Woolies then further more is Coles and lots of shops and eateries at Clarendon St. Don’t worry it’s a relaxing walk to and from HV. Hotel. Will come back again. Oh and if you’re awake bet 6-8 am. You’ll have the hot air balloons morning view from your windows and terrace.

it is really grate place but small for tow people for long stay. I've stayed here for one and half months. the apartment matches with photo and it is suitable for one people for long stay or tow people for short stay. we had a lot of things due to our long stay and it was small for us. but the apartment was neat and it is located in good neighborhood. further the host is so friendly and very nice and helpful. totally I enjoyed staying here.

A beautiful apartment with spectacular views. In a great spot- easy to access coming in to the city and then very easy access in to all areas of the city. Comfortable beds and had everything we needed for our stay.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Magda was lovely from the start and provided clear instructions for check-in and suggested parking options nearby as well as we were driving all the way from Sydney. The place felt comfortable and cosy and will definitely recommend for couples looking to stay with pups.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

We loved Jeff & Melinda’s apartment- incredible view, lovely space to be in, very clean, welcoming touches (toys and books for our 2 young girls, bottle of wine for us) . The location was perfect to jump on a tram into the city or simply walk towards south Melbourne or Toorak. Some great cafes and restaurants nearby. Thanks again, we’ll be back!

We have no words to describe the beauty of this sweet and cozy place. This stay added more glow to our holiday. Me and my partner loved the view, the surroundings, easily assessable trams, swimming and spa. Everything was as per the description and Shu she is very responsive and always ready to help in need during check in and check out time. Will love to visit again. Thank you Shu😊
