It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which also has a bathtub, an equipped kitchen, 2 terraces overlooking the trulli of the Rione Monti, a UNESCO heritage site, and is spread over two floors. It is a manor house with the characteristic of having a vaulted roof called cummersa while the kitchen has a trullo roof. It is just 45 minutes from Matera, and just 20 minutes from Monopoli and Polignano a Mare
