This is a good place to stay for group traveleres. In our case it served the purpose for our groyo when 4 children participated in regional Palarong Bicol. The owner was one text away already to address out needs.

Both hosts and the caretaker were very responsive and helpful with our inquiries. The house is great with a nice view of Mayon Volcano. Walking distance to the market and other stores. All in all a great experience for our family. Will definitely recommend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here, it was very peaceful and quiet. It just really feels like home! This airbnb is best for family or even alone hehe because it was just really peaceful! Love the long rest and nap inside the rooms + you could watch Netflix or Youtube. I also appreciate the owner since she was really responsive to all my questions and messages. For sure we would love to definitely book again once we go back to Bicol! Thank you again, Ms. Caroline! Our stay was amazing ❤️

We had an amazing stay! Everything in the listing was provided, but the place was actually way better in person than we expected. It’s perfect for big groups, and we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook dinner for our small gathering. The space was clean and comfortable. The stay was comfortable, hassle-free, and enjoyable. Would definitely book again!

The unit is clean. The host Rico is very accommodating and very friendly. Our stay has been nothing but amazing. The unit almost felt like home. We’ll definitely book again.

Jaime's place was a wonderful experience. The location, the staff, all of it. The place itself was extremely clean and well equipped. The mgmt always available. Since it is on the 4th floor, the trash was constantly monitored and removed immediately whem full. The deck was swept daily and mats automatically replaced as needed during the rains. The huge covered deck was a blessing as it could be used rain or shine. Air con worked well. A very convenient location in a busy area across from the park. Many trikes available at all times. Robinsons within walking distance and many restaurants and pharmacies. There are three flights of stairs up to be aware of. It was no problem for us. Toney, Gretchen and the mgr Oliver amazingly friendly and professional. Thank you!

This was my second time booking the same room. I felt right at home. I needed short stays to visit my partner while being able to work on the go and figuring out my more permanent place in Legazpi City. One nitpick I have with the place is that I'm too tall for the shower LOL. I'm 6 feet tall so I guess that's on me and it shouldn't be a problem for anyone smaller than me. Nonetheless, I had a very great stay at Andy's Place. Restaurant recommendations for tourists: Arroy Mack's - They serve southeast asian fusion food just about 8 minutes of a walk. Mamay's - My absolute favorite. They serve god-tier burgers and fries. Although It's farther away; Old Albay. You'd have to take a jeep to the Albay Astrodome and walk 5 minutes from there. Marison Hotel - They have a few restaurants (more bougie ones) in this hotel that you can choose from and it's just a 3 minute walk from Andy's Place. I hope you guys find Albay great, and Andy's Place is a great start to make it feel like home.

Good decent spot for a story-stay in Albay. Wifi worked great for video calls. AC in the bedroom was cold. Rooftop with volcano view was great Separate toilet and shower Good kitchen supplies (plates, stove, rice cooker) 5-10 minute walk to places to eat 10-15 minute walk to jeepneys

2nd time to stay here. we absolutely love the peaceful neighborhood. the accommodation was easy to find especially if you pin the water station. the room is spacious, with separate kitchen and toilet with hot and cold shower 😇 this place made us feel like it's our second home in legazpi. will highly recommend to family amd friends and will surely come back next time 🙏

The host was very responsive and ma'am daisy was the one that assisted us throughout our stay. The garage was enclosed and secured, the place is spacious, compared to the pictures. Rice cooker was provided upon our request. We will definitely book again in the near future. thank you

Very convenient place to stay and close to everything and host and caretakers were good too

Very clean and well equipped. Not as spacious as it looked in the picture but comfortable. We had an issue but it was resolved very well. Third floor walk up. If that’s an issue for you, Ask about other units from same owner.

Booked the place since I have to be at the airport by 5am and left my family at the place. The amenities are complete and well-functioning. My family had a smooth checkout and had no issues before they left. The place was spacious enough for a wheelchair, since we travelled with a PWD and it is a big factor for us to find a place that accommodates our needs.

I am happy with my stay and will book it again 😁👍

First, I’d like to commend the co-host for responding promptly to inquiries. She accommodated us/ answered my calls even if it’s already night time. We checked in very late. The room looks/smells clean. The air from the aircon is clean. My kids did not have allergy attack during our stay. Aircon works well. Wifi thumbs up. Ref is clean and works well. Beds are sturdy, kids slept well. Plates, glasses, utensils and mugs are clean. With towels provided. Overall the best airbnb that we’ve stayed at. 10/10. A bit downside is the water in the shower. The mayon view, wow!!! I already recommended the place to my friend who will be traveling next month, to my boss and colleague.
