Great refuge for rest, secluded but with a wonderful view. There are 3 separate houses. We will certainly return.

Very well-equipped house to accommodate its visitors very comfortably. The heated pool is phenomenal. The family that takes care of the house is attentive to the needs and treated us with affection. Ideal house for those looking for peace and quiet and it was exactly what we were looking for: a house with a pool that is not shared with anyone else, in a rural area.

We had a great long weekend at this place. The house is very spacious and has all the needed amenities in very good condition incl. the pool and the barbecue. The beds are very comfortable such as all towels. The kitchen is very well equipped with all sorts of utensils. The access is a bit difficult, specially for lower cars. It's a dirt road and then, when getting to the property, there's a steep hill with gravel.

I loved it. The house is BEAUTIFUL, tastefully decorated and very clean. I want an equal😊! Also, it comes with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully furnished, the beds are very comfortable, the views are very nice and the garden is small but perfect for children to play, make a bbq or enjoy the outdoors. Elsa, the host, has been super affectionate with my children and very kind. Thank you 🙏🏼

I loved the house! The space is very cozy, with magnificent decor and impeccable cleanliness. The owners are extremely friendly and welcoming, which made all the difference in the stay. The pool is fantastic, perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor spaces are great for sunbathing and enjoying outdoor meals. Without a doubt, an experience to repeat!

Pleasant house for a family weekend in a quiet place

This location is perfect if you want to drive and spend a few days exploring the Alentejo. Multiple towns are nearby. Evora is a great all day trip, including the megaliths outside of town, and you get to leave all the guided groups behind. Elvas is a wonderful town very near the border with Spain. Villa Real is a gem. Arraiolos is known for weaving rugs. Evoramonte is close by and has terrific views. All of these towns are hilltop towns with castles. The regional wine is terrific, the cork industry is fascinating, the olives, oranges, and lemons, are great, and you are in the middle of the area of marble quarrying. The towns are predominantly full of white buildings with mustard or blue trim and lot and lots of marble. Fica’s place is comfortable, quiet, and has restaurants, bakeries, drugstores, and small shops just steps away.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the apartment Very clean, with everything we needed for a 7-day stay. Great location about 20 minutes from the beaches. Carlos was very attentive and gave us useful information. When we return to Reguengos de Monsaraz we will take this accommodation into account.

House exactly as described in the ad, I recommend! All rooms equipped with Air Conditioning, TV and Bathroom. Fully equipped and modern kitchen. Shared courtyard with pool. Surely a repeat experience soon!

It was a really perfect host and accommodation:) Manuel was really friendly and welcomed me pleasantly. The accommodation smelled good, and the bedding, tableware, and the rest of the cleaning conditions were perfect, so I wanted to stay longer. And the welcome gifts (wine, bread, etc.) were so touching. Portugal is so far from my country, but if I come again, I definitely want to stay here again.😄

Our stay was fantastic , the house and lovely, with the typical rustic touch of village house but where everything works perfectly … and sparkling clean . The terrace landscape is so beautiful . They were such pleasant and relaxing days that we want to repeat the experience very soon . Five stars

I just loved staying at Casa Verde. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a very scenic location. From the front windows you can see the castle, and from the back roof patio you can see in the other direction, out to the rest of the village and surrounding countryside. Parking on the street in front of the property was easy. You can walk up to the castle and it is an excellent way to spend a quiet morning. It is a short drive to Estremoz for plenty of choices in grocery shopping, and we enjoyed many day trips to the surrounding historic towns and villages. All in all, a wonderful base for exploring this region that is so full of interesting history. Cannot recommend this enough!
