Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Alamosa County

We came to the San Luis Valley to visit family. We came from Kansas and Oklahoma. The house far exeeded expectations. It was very stocked, kitchen had everything to cook. I did an apple pie and forgot nutmeg. I found some in the cabinet! The yard was perfect for the children. We did all the local things: aligator farm, pool, sand dunes, and even drove up to Monarch Mountain to snow tube. The dark skies, sunrises and sunsets, were perfection. The home feels so warm and welcoming. We loved our stay here and highly recommended.

We found Kristen to be the perfect host. We all slept great on the comfy beds, my kids loved the toys and books provided and after a long day trekking the Dunes, the jetted soaking tub was the most glorious way to unwind. We would love to stay again sometime.

Nice little studio for an overnight stay. How's everything you need and you can park right next to the little Casita. The bed was comfortable and it was cozy and warm.

I loved the space and it was extremely inviting. However I was on a family vacation and didn't appreciate having the host only a few steps away woth no curtains for privacy. She was nice and very friendly. Just know you will not feel like you have any privacy. Had I known that I would have never booked. The stars were beautiful, the rental is very easy to access and see from the street. Even at midnight. The smell of wood was very delightful.

Though the weather didn't really cooperate with our plans we really enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for a weekend get away for a nice relaxing time. The home was as described and was ready upon our arrival. Tannis was a good communicator and host and the home was very welcoming upon our arrival. As Airbnb owners we appreciate a rental done right and this in deed is being done correctly. We will be back on a warmer nicer weather weekend for sure and would recommend staying at tilted ranch house.

Was as pictured! Laureen was very kind and the bnb had a cute book for all the guests to write in! I’ve stayed in many bnbs and that was very unique to me!

Amanda’s home was absolutely perfect and so dog friendly. The location is incredibly beautiful, private, and the pups loved the backyard. The Sand Dunes were an easy drive away and the mountains were serene. The house itself was spacious, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed relaxing and listening to the record player at night. Amanda was super responsive and helpful. Thanks for opening your home to us!

Perfect! The house was clean, easy to get inside with instructions, , space for the kids to play while adults hang out, and also very amazing owners!!! They were very helpful, and responds quickly! Space to park vehicles, close to the grocery store, parks, and town period! The next time i rent, ill be booking here again!!! Thank tou so much!!
