Entire brand new home with full kitchen, one bathroom with washer and dryer, one bedroom with queen bed, one sofa with queen pull out bed. The home sits on 5 acres with amazing views. 30 minutes from The great sand dunes national park! 15 minutes from Sand dunes hot springs. Front and back porch perfect for watching the sunrise and sunsets, quiet get away. We now have wi-fi!!! Pet fee is $15 PER pet. There is some equipment on property, And We do visit and stay on the property occasionally
