Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Alamar

We had a wonderful stay. Our hosts Dunia & Nelly were super friendly and helpful. Dunia had our currency changed and arranged taxis when needed. The best part of this apartment is the balcony. The views are amazing and it was always nice and breezy. The furniture was also comfortable. We spent so much time there when we were home. Bottled water, beer and sodas were available for a small fee. You can also have breakfast prepared for a fee. All very convenient I highly recommend this place!

Maravilloso local ,una organización en todo al detalle , la vista muy Habanera en general me encantó el servicio. Les cuento de Raquel una señora muy preocupada por todo , y nos preparó unos desayunos de primera . 🥇 bueno yo me e quedado muy satisfecha al igual que mi esposo. Superbe casa avec une terrasse. Télévision avec Nexflix. Wi FI et téléphone de maison. Climatisation dans le salon et également dans la chambre. Beaucoup de serviettes et de papier hygiénique. Eau chaude sans problème. Très sécuritaire. Lit très confortable. Fauteuil également confortable. Belle décoration. Frigo qui fonctionne bien. Une cafetière filtre et une a café espresso. La seule chose qui manque c'est des chaudrons pour faire la cuisine. Il y a de la vaisselle, verre, ustensiles. Je recommande à 100 % Carlos nous a répondu très rapidement à nos appels.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in El Vedado. The place is exactly as described – clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The best part is the stunning view of the sea, right from the living room! Waking up to that ocean breeze and sound was truly special. The location is perfect – quiet, safe, and close to everything. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were very helpful throughout our stay. I definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future. Tuvimos una estancia excelente en este apartamento en El Vedado. Todo es tal como se muestra en la descripción: limpio, bien equipado y muy cómodo. Lo mejor sin duda es la vista espectacular al mar, ¡justo frente al apartamento! Despertar con la brisa y el sonido del océano fue algo único. La ubicación es perfecta: tranquila, segura y cerca de todo. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente y siempre estuvieron atentos. Sin duda lo recomiendo y me encantaría volver.

We absolutely loved staying at Yeneir’s place in Cuba! The Airbnb itself was extremely clean and well looked after so it felt very homely for the time we were staying there. Communication with the host is great & having a mobile to help with google maps whilst you are out was extremely valuable. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting🤍

Rolando a été un hôte très efficace et toujours à l’écoute, proposant des réponses adaptées et satisfaisantes, son appartement est très bien situé dans la Habana Vieja, avec des nombreux petits magasins et services autour de l’immeuble. L’appartement est très bien agencé et pratique. Il y a se nombreux accessoires dans la cuisine. La petite terrasse offre une vue intéressante sur certains monuments de la Capitale. A noter les climatisations efficaces dans les chambres. Très bon choix pour ceux qui veulent l’authenticité de la Habana Vieja !

I really enjoyed my time here, my stay at Centro Habana was ideal for walking around and getting to Old Havana and Vedado. There was so much to do and Yurguen was always responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Highly recommend!

O Rafa e a Yeny nos ajudaram bastante com ótimas dicas de roteiro e informações importantes. O apartamento é limpo, novo, organizado. Você sobe alguns lances de escada para o 4 andar, mas isso não foi um problema para nós. A localização é muito boa, perto de padaria, restaurantes, centro histórico e pontos turísticos que ficam perto e dá para ir caminhando. Não falta energia nessa localização. Eu me hospedaria novamente pela ótima experiência que foi.

The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had a nice fridge with a good filter water system and they also have another really good fridge that if you are celebrating any event is perfect for those drinks. The kitchen in general is pretty good and BIG. The common areas are very nice, all with a/c wich is really needed in Cuba.The backyard and pool were always very clean because they have a person who clean every day. All a/c around the house worked very good and the generator covered everything in the house when the power went out; one of the day the generator had a little issue but I called Eduardo and he came to fix it himself in 30 mins, and only took him to fix like 5-10 mins..I loved that.The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are good too. I would definitely come back and recommended it because all my family and me loved the house and we had a really nice family time there with no issues.the house is surrounded by embassies wich it make it safe

JULIO received us when we arrived with a big smile, helped us with our bag and with our 2 little girls Michelle 2 and Mary 1. the place was beautiful and super well decorated. The place was beautiful and so was his team they were able to book a 3 day itinerary for us . Went with my wife and 2 girls which they absolutely loved AC was on point

Primera vez en Cuba, fui con 4 amigos, como despedida de soltero y el alojamiento fue ideal, la zona es tranquila, salimos de fiesta y caminamos sin ningún inconveniente a las 4-5 am, la limpieza perfecta, toallas limpias, las camas bien y algunos restaurantes cercanos y más! La persona que cuida de la casa, Noel, una gran persona que nos apoyó con dudas en general de la ciudad, nos recomendó restaurantes y más, espero regresar pronto. ✨

Beautiful home! Security and house staff were friendly and very helpful! Restaurants are within walking distance. House was well kept, clean and lots of room for 5 adults. The pool area was beautiful and a great place to relax in the evening. Would stay again.

Su questo alloggio all’Avana c’è davvero poco da dire, se non che è semplicemente meraviglioso. Alessandro è attento a ogni minimo dettaglio e si vede. È la terza volta che vado all’Avana e ho soggiornato in sei alloggi diversi, dagli hotel alle case particular, ma questo è stato senza dubbio il più confortevole. La struttura è nuovissima e pulita, e la posizione è perfetta per esplorare tutta l’Avana Vecchia. Le foto rispecchiano perfettamente la realtà. I collaboratori di Alessandro, presenti in portineria 24 ore su 24, sono discreti e mai invadenti, sempre disponibili a rispondere a ogni dubbio e a dare ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare. Un soggiorno impeccabile!

Amazing appartement! Calm place and the terrasse is great. I have nothing negative to say about this place. If you want to have a quiet and private place, this is certainly a good choice. 15 minutes away from the Capitol by walk! Every question I had was proactively answered!

No encuentro las palabras para describir lo MARAVILLOSA que fue mi estancia con Esperanza 💕 sin duda volveré. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar muchas cosas caminando, sus recomendaciones fueron las mejores, su calidez indescriptible, la seguridad de la casa es muy buena, el desayuno super delicioso, recomiendo SI o SI sus habitaciones en renta. Me voy con el corazón lleno de conocer a personas tan maravillosas, Esperanza nos hizo sentir más que en casa, agradezco muchísimo cada atención.

Le logement d'Ivis à Havana Central est idéalement situé, permettant un accès facile à pied à de nombreux sites stratégiques de la ville. Spacieux et étonnamment calme pour un appartement en plein centre, il offre un confort appréciable. Ivis et sa famille sont des hôtes chaleureux et attentionnés. L’un des atouts majeurs de ce logement est sa grande terrasse, agrémentée d’une petite piscine, un véritable plaisir au cœur de La Havane. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

pues la verdad qye muy contento es mi 6 vez en la habana y ya me quedo para siempre en esta renta es como mi propia casa, los empleados que la dirigen no son buenos si no lo siguiente, sobre todo gloria y Mario que fue con los que más trate, sin por supuesto menospreciar a nadie, desde mantenimiento, dirección, limpieza, ect yo le aseguro que ehh estado en muchas rentas en la habana, y a pesar de sus dificultades aquí en este país aquí parecía una isla , wifi, sin apagones, desayunos y comidas bien abastecidos, te intentaban solucionar problemas en todo momento , cambio de divisa a muy buen precio, tarjeta de teléfono, taxi, visitas, excursiones, ect ect trato súper familiar, acogedor, un sobresaliente yo señores repito

Great airbnb! I am in Cuba for the 2nd time and old Airbnb's that I've had can't compare to this one. Also easy to order taxi - just say "Prado y Colon" ;) Pretty central location. Sheets were spotless and smelled really well. Good higiene! Bathrooms with windows and quite comfortable too. Obispo street is 2 mins away on foot. I recommend and would even return. Tip for newcomers: Always get host's Whatsap in advance and get good tips for around town. Enma and Olga were very friendly hosts! Thanks ^_^ NB: Just the steps ;) Too hard to climb after 2-3 Bucanero's! hehe :)

Excellent accommodations, and superb value! Very spacious apartment withe all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. Open outdoor balcony with nice views makes a perfect spot for unwinding and gathering. Central a/c is a luxury as few places have this in Havana. Apartment was spotless, wifi works great and the large smart TV is definitely a plus. Many amenities like washer and dryer and comfortable beds truly make ones stay exceptional. Host is available for any need that may arise. Location is near many restaurants and stores. Check in process was seamless. Definitely a place to return to. Highly recommended!

RECOMENDABLE AL 100% - VOLVERE Marta y sus ayudantes son un encanto!! La casa es perfecta en el centro del Vedado, (mejor zona de la Habana), amplia, limpia, muy bien situada, bonitas vistas y la zona muy tranquila. Ascensor con generador (siempre funciona). La Wifi es muy buena y siempre funciona (un milagro para Cuba). La casa esta en un 9º con una gran terraza y muy buenas vistas. Hay varios restaurantes en la misma manzana (uno es 24Horas), la zona es muy tranquila y segura. Cerca de sitios como el Hotel Nacional (digno de tomar un mojito en la terraza), el Melia Habana libre, el Presidente (terraza para tomarse algo muy barata). GRACIAS POR TODO MARTA!!

Fomos muito bem recebidos por nossa anfitriã que nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. A habitação estava limpa e tinha bons utensílios de cozinha, além de secador de cabelo e lavadora de roupas. Recomendo muito esse lugar.

La persona que siempre estuvo al tanto de nosotros fue Daniel, un chico queridísimo con mucha información importante, está cerca a la Plaza Vieja, un lugar lleno de restaurantes y música, también está cerca al Capitolio, bien ubicado aunque la vista de la Habana Vieja les puede parecer a algunas personas pesada de ver para nosotros hizo parte de la belleza del lugar y de la realidad cubana. Volveríamos sin duda a este lugar.

WOW! What an incredible apartment! We absolutely loved it! We only stayed one night on a stopover between Viñales and Trinidad, but we wish we could have stayed longer! It’s so beautifully designed, in a lovely neighbourhood and the cafe/bar on the balcony right outside the apartment is something special (the welcome drink is a very nice touch and we highly recommend the breakfast menu!) Orlando was super responsive, his instructions for finding the casa and checking in were really clear and the local host (Liz) was really helpful - she arranged our collectivo for the next morning with no issues. Thanks for making a brief overnight in Havana stay something VERY special!
