Maximum availability and flexibility, great accommodation, I have already recommended it to all my closest friends! I will definitely be back. A stone's throw from the main artery "calle Linea" and Havana Libre, where you can find transportation to get to any area of Havana. Quiet area. Yani, who will welcome you on arrival, in my opinion, is the added value of this accommodation, always with a smile and is always available for any need and the host is an exquisite, affable and kind person with very quick answers for any solution. Highly recommended.

Ricardo was super helpful and friendly. very responsive to any questions I had and made everything very easy. AC in the main bedroom worked well. Having fridge sticked with cold drinks for a price ($1 each) was very convenient when I didn't feel like walking around the corner (where they are sold more for between 65-90 cents). I would definitely stay at Ricardo's place again if I visit Havana again. Thanks Ricardo!

The area is excellent, if you can have access to a bike, the walk along 5th Avenue is highly recommended. You have all the malecon to tour it and very close to there is the Fabrica de Arte, contemporary expression of Cuban art, music, painting, photography, etc. Estrella is in charge of managing the accommodation and thanks to her name, she is also a theater actress and the recommendations of the theatrical activity are those of a person in the guild. Enjoy staging at the Trianon Theatre and Revueltas Theatre in Linea a lot. Highly recommend and I definitely plan to be back. Flexibility at check-in and check-out, good refreshments and first-class personalized attention; I enter the whim of going to the beach with my own umbrella and Estrella got it; in a Havana where it is very difficult to get a lot of things, if not too far in advance. My experience was very good and I'm coming back to this place.

The apartment was clean and had everything you need for daily life. Alicia is a smart and collaborative person, she was always careful that everything was working and also to clarify all the doubts she had. I would definitely stay with Alicia again. The value for money was fair, the neighborhood is quiet and very close to the sea you can find everything.

We had a lovely stay in Havana. The apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. With all the amenities for cooking. And it is extremely well located, giving direct access to one of the most beautiful places in Havana, Plaza Vieja. Lots of restaurants and lots of attractions nearby. We loved it. Simply spectacular! Wow! The pictures don’t do this place justice. As soon as you walk in you are overtaken by the size- it’s huge! At some moments it feels like you’re in a labyrinth and in disbelief that, “wait, there’s more?” This house is a historic structure that has carefully and pristinely maintained. The level of cleanliness and comfort have exceeded 98% of the Airbnbs (and yes, in the US) that we have stayed in (and we have stayed in really nice places). I failed to ask where the mattresses are from, but they feel as if they were intended for royalty. The decor, furniture, flooring, ceiling… everything is perfect. This could easily serve and be described as a mini museum that you get to sleep in. Cary and Felix are exceptional hosts. From the beginning, communication was constant, answered all questions we had almost instantly. As soon as we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, making us feel like family. I can't say enough good things about either this penthouse apartment or these phenomenal hosts! Julio was waiting for us outside the building to walk us through entering the building, using the elevator and which key worked for what. The penthouse itself--a mid-century modern masterpiece with sweeping views of both the city and the ocean--is located in a very nice section of Havana. And definitely inquire about their breakfasts--you probably won't need lunch afterwards!

One of the best airbnb's we ever had! Perfect location, nice restaurants and shops closeby and very close to the centre of Havana. The appartment is perfect, lots of space, great wifi, big kitchen with espresso machine! The best is the rooftop with different terraces where you can relax in the jacuzzi and sit comfortable during day and night with a drink and nice view of the sea and the city! Yoanne and Azaray are the best, they are always available for help and tips. We will come back for sure!

Amazing space! KC took care of us from start to finish from ordering us taxes, find good rates for us and just being available for any mishap we experienced. She was super accommodating and responsive to any question or request we had. Our breakfast was wonderful everyday we had it ordered. Book the space if you’re unsure of how to navigate Havana, she will handle it!
