Very cute little home. Loved the little dog bowls for your pup! We split this with another family during a baseball tournament we had in newberry and we walked into cold waters in the fridge and snacks on the counter! The kids lived that. Loved that there were a ton of extra sleeping blankets and cots! The area had everything around as well!

Ashlei's place is located in a very safe area. Her place is very clean and just lovely. the view out the back porch was so amazing to watch a family of deer eat and just see such nature that my daughter and I love to see. We had a wonderful trip there and stayed almost a week. food stores, Walmart etc was within a couple of miles. The place is just perfect and very quiet in the evenings. I reached out to Ashley once and she immediately responded and took care of my question. She is amazing and I thank her so much. When I come back to see my sister I would love to stay here again. 500 stars

This was a cozy and comfortable condo to stay at. I really liked the decor and furnishings, I felt very at home. The bedroom TV was a plus! This place is in a very convenient location right near lots of restaurants and shopping and the UF campus.

The space is attached to the hosts home, so they are responsive if you have any needs. Great location and near major and local businesses.

Martha was a phenomenal host. Her Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Check in was straight forward and easy. I had a few questions throughout my stay and Martha did a great job of responding quickly! She was very thoughtful and organized with all directions provided as far as checking in and checking out. The blue tones in the furnishings gave a cheery feel and the balcony was a nice feature for sitting, gazing at the birds, and relaxing while feeling the fresh outdoor breeze. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Communication was seamless and host was always available. Easy check in/ check out.

Vacasa/host was very responsive when needed and had questions and the apartment was very clean and modern. If local host was not available, the chat feature provided a good backup for questions . A great location to the nearby indoor track which was the purpose of our visit. There are two bedrooms and sofa. There were sufficient kitchenware to cook but cooking utensils were limited to mostly silverware. Will definitely look to this place if we return !

We came to Gainesville for a Florida football game. Amy’s place was conveniently located near campus and a quiet, cozy retreat before and after the big game. The condo was well stocked and peaceful. Amy was very communicative and very thoughtful making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Great stay! Would stay again!

Hannah was great to communicate with. The room was great to have while staying in Gainesville! The complex has a lot of nice space outside. The location was close to the Shands Hospital which was the reason for my stay.
