Amal and Aly were amazing hosts, and their villa is a true gem—stylish, spacious, and spotless. Aly treated us like family from the moment we arrived, going out of his way to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Absolutely loved our stay! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. Wonderful stay tucked back from the gate with plants all around. Our flight arrived late on New Year's Eve. Karim was a very gracious host who stayed up past midnight on new year's to welcome us.

Good spacious place with a lot of amenities. The full first floor of several stories building is entirely yours. Power outlets are equipped with adapters to other countries. Our flight got delayed and our host Salwa waited for our arrival well beyond midnight offering help to explain taxi driver how to find their place. Locations is in old district of Cairo with good reputation. Nearby, across the road, there are several restaurants. What could be better: - Location address in AirBnB is not recognized by Google Maps. Simple fix will save a lot of hassle to future guests. - The lower bedroom next to the pool is dusty. Sleeping there is not an option. - There are board games outdoor which is great, however, they are not clean and sticky. - Place had literally no towels. Upon request host sent us 4, even though there were 6 of us. - $20 surcharge for electricity per day is unconditional. There is mention of that in description, though, ambiguous. Worth stating it clear.

I had an amazing experience staying at this brand new penthouse. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Shady was always responsive and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The compound itself is fantastic — very secure, with great amenities including a private supermarket and pharmacy exclusively for residents. There’s also a Hyde Out area with a variety of restaurants, as well as football, tennis, and padel courts. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-end, comfortable stay in Cairo. I’ll definitely be booking the same penthouse again next time I’m in town! Thank you so much Shady!

We were very happy with this apartment! It was very clean and well-equipped, and the hosts were very attentive. They checked in with us multiple times to make sure we didn't need anything. Check-in and check-out were also very easy. We hope to visit again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Oriana Villa. It’s a private compound, safe for kids, located close to airport. Most importantly Mr. Ibrahim and Ms. Asmaa were very helpful throughout the stay, they responded to our concerns promptly. The villa is spacious, with private fenced garden, excellent wifi connections, appliances- heated water, dishwasher, washer, stove all working. Door entrance with digital lock so you don’t have to worry about physical key. I would definitely go and stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay. It felt like home, which is why I decided to stay here again. The place is very cozy, comfortable, clean, well-maintained and exactly as described. The private premises are safe and quiet. The host is very nice, responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.

The place is close to many malls Only a few minutes away to the old market which is a wonderful group of restaurants and cafes The villa is very clean and tidy. The appliances are new and the furniture is in very good condition. The host Sameh was so helpful and decent Only one thing though, the garden is not totally finished like only 75 percent finished other than that all is good, thank you sameh

MO’s place provided a perfect location for getting about Maadi and enjoying the area. It is close to road 9 and very easy to find great coffee, food, shops or metro / taxis to other Cairo locations. The pool provides a fantastic rest spot out of the heat of the day - I would highly recommend this place to travelers who like to explore.

Absolutely incredible stay – the perfect getaway! John and Norma are truly the best hosts we’ve ever had – incredibly warm, responsive, and thoughtful. The villa was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We stayed as a group of four and had more than enough space to relax and feel at home. The house is very well equipped: the kitchen has everything you need, the bathrooms are clean and modern, and the pool area is just perfect. Every little detail was taken care of, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. It’s rare to find a place that feels this welcoming and well-prepared. We genuinely enjoyed every moment and felt like we were in a private paradise. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay.
