What a great place. It was right next to the beaches and a super peaceful neighborhood. Place was clean, bright and comfortable. The gym and pool were wonderful. Would stay again.

Very nice place in Muscat. Not many places are available in Oman with good Airbnb. This place is definitely one of the better options. Ibrahim was gracious and accommodating on everything. Will surely stay again. Highly recommended.

Was such a wonderful stay, The appartment is spacious, super clean and tidy with a touch of creativity in each corner, right on the beach surrounded with mountains and turquoise beach and with a huge terrace fully equipped with BBRQ and beautiful plants. Karin was a wonderful host made everything easy from start to finish we loved this place and we will definitely be back.

I'm really delighted to write my feedback on Waleed's flat... the place was absolutely amazing so nice, clean and well organized. The location was wonderful..easy to find and close to tourists sites. We had an amazing stay! The place was perfect for our group of 6 — spacious, comfortable, and full of fun. The arcade games were a great bonus and kept everyone entertained. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it super easy to cook and enjoy meals together. It had everything we needed and more. Fantastic Spacious Stay in Muscat – Perfect Location & Well Maintained! We had a wonderful stay at this large 5-bedroom Airbnb in Muscat. The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers plenty of space for a large group or family. The layout is well thought out, with comfortable bedrooms and common areas that make it easy to relax and enjoy. One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

Spacious accommodation in a very typical and quiet residential area. A little hard to find the place but the host was available to guide us by phone. Excellent value for money Only negative note: few dishes

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

Stayed at Majid’s house with my family and it was a fantastic house. Has everything you could dream of and close to the beach. Was especially nice with the elevator for my elderly parents and kids room for our little daughter. Would definitely recommend to anyone and Majid was super helpful and quick to respond. Only thing I would improve are the the photos on Airbnb. The place is even nicer in real life than the photos show :)

Very pleasant stay in this apartment. The neighborhood is very friendly and the apartment is close to the marina as well as shops/bars. Comfortable and generally well-equipped apartment even if it is missing some utensils for cooking. The pool is a big plus. Recommended! Thanks

I recently stayed in a beautiful apartment located just 200 meters from the sea and I want to share my experience. First of all, the location is just great! Just a few minutes walk from the beach. What I especially remember is the kindness and responsiveness of the owner Hatem. He greeted us with a smile, showed us the apartment and gave recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. Throughout our stay, we felt at home thanks to his care and attention to detail. The apartment was clean, cozy and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really liked the balcony where we could enjoy morning coffee and evening sunsets. Overall, our holiday was wonderful and I would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable location and a caring host. Thank you, Hatem, for your warmth and hospitality! Dream location, sublime Mediterranean-style apartment/villa, residential area... Everything was at a level of excellence rarely seen! What did my friends and I love? Absolutely everything! What did we dislike? The moment we had to leave the apartment to return to Paris...! Zahir and his team are as discreet as they are friendly, as efficient as they are professional. An experience to relive without a second thought. An AirBNB product to recommend without a shadow of a doubt. The beautiful Qurum Beach can be reached after a good jog, a huge, very busy hypermarket is in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, and peace and quiet is guaranteed! We loved staying in Lisa’s place. I was struck from the very beginning how clean everything was! What a delight to be out on the balconies and listen to the birds and the sounds of the neighborhood. You definitely feel like you are in an authentic space, nestled in between the water and the craggy mountains, the sound of children’s laughter in the streets below, youth playing football in their bare feet in the evenings and families down on the beach. What a lovely little corner of the earth! There were some plumbing issues that I’m assured Lisa will attend to now they were brought to her attention.
