Made a last minute reservation since my flights changed and Ahmed was very accommodating. Was the perfect space to rest and unwind before a long international flight.

Had an amazing stay here! The place is so spacious and beautifully designed, also super clean. The bed is comfortable, internet is great for remote work and Alkhail is a great host and his response time is super fast. It's in a whole center near restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

This spot is very close to the airport, beyond expectations and in a private neighborhood where it’s very safe , photos looked like the place and amenities are as described, also the host is the best he welcomed us in a very good way , we would definitely boon this again if we come back to muscat.

Great place, clean and close to the airport. A little far from Muscat itself. The only thing that really made this place not a 5 star was the living room smelt of old cigarette smoke and I wasn’t able to enjoy the room due to that, it was that strong. The bedrooms however were smoke free.

Zaher is one of the best hosts i ever deal with them, he is friendly and hobest and most important very responsive. I highly recommend to deal with him.

A really gorgeous apartment 5 min walk from the beach in a lovely area. High ceilings, big windows, comfortable beds, large kitchen and a really spacious modern apartment. It’s even nicer than the pictures. We really loved staying here!

I had a wonderful stay at Waleed’s apartment in Al Khuwair, central Muscat. The location is peaceful yet very central—close to iconic sites, shopping malls, and all the amenities you could need. The apartment is in a quiet block and has stunning views of the sand dunes and even the NJ Muscat sign on Mount Al Jabel. It really feels like you’re surrounded by beauty on all sides. The living room is spacious and inviting, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and fully functional. The photos are an accurate representation of the home, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. Waleed and his team were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and always accessible whenever we needed anything. The home felt safe and secure, and it was easy to find. I stayed with my sister and husband, and we also had family visit us a couple of times—they were really impressed and reassured to see that we were in such a lovely and well-kept space. This is one of the cleanest and best airbnb’s that i have ever stayed at. My wife and I both loved the space, how amazing it smelled and how convenient everything was. This included that fact that Khalid left us both new toothbrushes and toothpaste. I would definitely stay here again and very highly recommend the place.

We had a fantastic stay at Maryam's apartment in Seeb! The house is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean, and well-furnished. Check-in was easy thanks to the self check-in system, and Maryam was always available for any questions. The location is convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. This is definitely A five star Airbnb for family who come to muscat with a rental car. Saha is a host who is extremely considerate for his guests in interns of details in many aspects. the unit is equipped and stocked with everything that guests need and make living here is so functional. Unit is very nice and very clean. Saha is a truly a super host.

Awesome apartment with a really nice pool. Swimming beach and restaurants within walking distance. Beds are very comfortable.

We enjoyed the shower, lots of pressure and hot water. The bed is the perfect balance between firmness and comfort. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is quiet and in a very well maintained condo with a gym and pool just one floor down. We stayed here for a month and had no complaints. It's very close to the airport. The host was very kind to allow us to depart late in the day.

Très bon logement conforme à la description, proche de la marina, parfait pour un départ matinal pour faire de la plongée. Petit bémol sur la décoration mais dans les standards des appartements Omaniens. Abdulla nous a trouvé un chauffeur pour venir nous chercher à l’aéroport en pleine nuit malgré nos 3h de retard ce qui a été un vrai atout. Je recommande ce logement.

Mohammed is a great, responsive and a very helpful host, who is willing to listen to your requests. The house is spacious and very clean. Come with 3 toilets and the packed with amenities. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very equipped and water are provided.

Our stay at Hilal's was perfect! The location was exactly what we were hoping for and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Hilal was super quick to respond to any questions we had and was always kind and helpful. The accommodations were clean and everything was in perfect working condition. Getting a taxi was easy, as pick up was just a few steps away from the building. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Muscat.
