The condo was exactly as advertised. Other than the natural Egyptian dust (there is no escaping that) , the flat was very clean. It is perfect for a small family looking for a get away somewhere calm and beautiful. It is fairly distant from the heart of Cairo, but that is what we wanted.

I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

A beautiful villa with a wonderful garden and its own pool. Everything was clean and the hosts had thought of the smallest details to make you feel at home. Beautiful design, lots of space both inside and outside where you can drink your coffee with a beautiful view or have dinner under the sky. The pool was cleaned for me. Thank you Nehad,Ahmed and door man Ramadan who took care of the cleanliness outside and was always ready to help when needed.Definitely will back again!

Dr. Mohamed provided detailed instructions, and he made sure that I understood everything. The apartment is spacious and was cleaned. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, making me feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, convenient stay in Cairo. Definitely, will come back again!

Highly recommendable!! The apartment is located in one of the newest areas of the city, the surroundings are beautiful and its extremely safe. The location is very good, a few minutes away from the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. Also, you have a lot of amenities around including a mini-market in the compound. Our host Khalid was very responsive and helpful. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable, specially if you are a big group. The terrace is breath taking so, if you are looking for a place where to have some time off you have just found it!

It was a beautiful experience being with at the place . I was very understanding and the place was full of life and positivity. The staff was very cooperative and wonderful.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The studio was clean and the staff were very friendly—one of them spoke excellent English, which was helpful. The space combines the sitting area with two beds and a sofa, which might not suit those who prefer separate areas for work and rest. The location is good, but the map pin led us slightly off, making it a bit tricky to find with Uber. Still, the hospitality and cleanliness made it a positive experience.

My favorite place in Maadi to stay. I stay here every time I come to Cairo. Very amazing space. Wish I could have stayed longer. The host was very flexible with my check in time . I would recommend staying here. It’s quiet and clean and exactly like the photos. Very respectful host.

A beautiful and impeccably clean place, offering excellent service, exceptional attention to guests, and a prime location

Great location, very tastefully done spacious apartment, clear instructions and extremely responsive host. Zamalek is an extremely safe and active area. With lots of embassies/consulates around, there is active police presence everywhere, and it feels very safe to walk around even in the middle of the night. Convenience stores, pharmacy right outside the apartment. Numerous 24hr restaurants, cafes short walk away. Will never go hungry here. Very comfortable stay. My only small complaint would be that, there a mild lingering paint smell in the apartment, probably from a recent renovation job. However the beautiful, spacious apartment and the wonderfully responsive host more than made up for it. Will gladly stay there again.

Juste WOUAHH!!! Une chambre incroyablement magnifique comme dans un rêve! Très propre et super bien situé, nous sommes à proximité de tous et surtout de ces magnifique Pyramides. Un grand merci à AMR, LÉO et MOMO qui ont été super gentil et serviable, des rayons de soleil qui été toujours de très accueillant et drôle! Our stay at Maged’s place in Cairo was truly exceptional. Communication was effortless, with clear instructions and quick responses. Maged even helped us arrange a private car, which made our arrival smooth and easy. The apartment was spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The large balcony overlooked a famous mosque and offered a peaceful spot to relax. The gated property felt completely safe and secure. What made this stay truly unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality of Maged’s father, Mr. Mohy Elprince. His calm, kind, and generous presence made us feel instantly at home. He helped us with anything we needed, brought us delicious local Koshary, and even gifted us lovely souvenirs from Egypt. His thoughtfulness touched our hearts. Maged was also respectful, polite, and attentive throughout our stay. Thank you both for such a warm and memorable experience. We’ll always cherish it and definitely hope to return when we visit Cairo.

The place was great and huge and the price for the space was amazing, a lot of nice restaurants around, a quiet neighborhood. Bassem was great to deal with and very understanding, checking in and out was easy. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay.

I spent 29 days at this great place, just renovated. Very clean, the furniture quality is good, everything there as described and better. The owner (Amenah) is so helpful, cooperative, and friendly. During our stay, she didn’t hesitate to help in anything and followed with us to the end. For sure will not be the last time for us to deal with her and wish her all the best.
