Beautiful house, perfectly located facing a paradise beach. The setting is both idyllic and soothing. Only one small problem: the kitchen, whose equipment would benefit from being modernized and better maintained. A big thank you to Leila for her responsiveness, and to Tarek, the caretaker, for his kindness. We'll be happy to go back!

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The helpful property manager lives across the street, and is always available. Beach and restaurants are within walking distance. Landlord responded very quickly to requests. We would book this place again.

The house is charming, bright and tidy. We particularly enjoyed the pool and outdoors space. The environment was quiet. The house had three bedrooms and a bathroom, the second bathroom is located in the master suite. Kitchen was well equipped . I'll mention what could be improved on: The location on Airbnb is the wrong one. The person who hosted us had trouble giving instructions on the location (we rarely come to Tunisia we had a lot of trouble finding the house). The living room and kitchen are very large and you will spend most of your time there, so you have to provide additional air conditioners. There were a few minor issues with finishes, including doors that lacked keys or locks to effectively close them from the inside. Overall, I would recommend this house and we enjoyed our stay a lot. We'll be happy to go back!

Perfect stay! The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach (5 min drive), ideal for resting. Wassim and his family are responsive, warm and welcoming. A place I would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Mohamed Ali’s place in Ezzahra, Tunisia. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable—exactly as described. Mohamed is an exceptionally kind and welcoming host. When we arrived, he greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. His hospitality truly stood out and made us feel at home. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. You won’t be disappointed!

Very nice neighborhood. The place looked like the pictures. Little things to improve here and there. Cooking ware and coffee machine needs attention. Everything you need is close by. 100% responsive host. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. I will definitely book here again. My family loved it as well. I had a great stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect. The host Ghassen was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, coffee, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very and exceptionally responsive host. Location is great, near beach, few minutes from old Arabic Hammamet, modern Jasmine, supermarkets, restaurants and main highway acces, atm, great car rental agency. Building is modern, attractive with robust utilities ( hot water , heating, air conditioning....), lift. Back coloured lighting. Guard is always present. Yard cleaned daily. The garden is attractive and maintained. ( There is a modest outdoor pool - but we prefer the beach). Apartment has all common utensils. ( No dryer, but with 3 balconies it's easy to dry things, especially on heated towel rack.) Ample, just in front, street parking. Weekend, street busy, keep doors closed. The nearby beach is sandy, vast, with good restaurants. The water is clear/ clean, gentle, easy waves. The beach, however, could be more often cleaned, but in front of concessions, is generally good. The concessions let you use their chairs if you buy something (beer, coffee, wine or a meal).

My group of 11 had a wonderful stay! The beach was very close by and the grounds of the home were very beautiful! The housekeeper was discreet and very helpful. The house was very roomy and had a lot of character. I would definitely return!

He was incredibly kind, responsive and always available to answer our questions or give us local advice. His warm welcome immediately made us feel comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at Maamurah Nabeul! The Airbnb host's warm hospitality and the comfortable accommodations truly made us feel at ease. The property's proximity to the beautiful beaches and local attractions was a definite plus, allowing us to explore the area effortlessly. While we enjoyed our time, we did experience intermittent water cuts, which were a minor inconvenience. Nonetheless, the overall experience was delightful, and we appreciated the host's efforts to ensure our comfort.
