The place is immaculate! We really adored it and loooved the view and atmosphere. The place was sooo clean and welcoming when we came. Also the owner was sooo sweet and friendly she replied so fast to our calls and payed attention to everything and made our stay more comfortable and lovely! We’ll absolutely come again ❤️❤️

Moamen was very responsive and helpful especially with internet & electricity. He was a great host & we are looking forward to coming back again.

The place was wonderful, even better than photos, the garden and the pool are amazing. It was close to everything: supermarkets, pharmacies, grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. Rana was a great host, as well as Dr. Mostafa. I highly recommend this place, and for sure will go again.

We had an amazing family quick escape at this villa! Very peaceful, spacious gardens and a lovely swimming pool made our stay incredibly relaxing! I would recommend making sure to do all shopping and prepare for an indoor stay as the location is isolated with not much around in walking distance, but it was very clear beforehand and it was what we needed anyway to enjoy quality time together, relaxing and cooking. Another highlight was the helpful host and the villa gate guard, who ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, making sure all our needs are met and going above and beyond. We truly appreciate their hospitality! Overall, it is a perfect retreat for families seeking tranquility and quality time together near a private pool. Highly recommended!!

The villa was absolutely stunning, and the host went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay. Everything I needed was readily available in the villa, and it was impeccably clean. From start to finish, my entire experience was incredibly comfortable, making me feel right at home. I'm already looking forward to returning again soon; it's a definite must for me.

We had an amazing time and it will definitely not be our last trip there. The villa is very clean and extremely well kept. You can see the sea through not just one or two rooms in the villa but actually 3. The garden is very well kept and spacious to lounge around all day if you’re feeling like you want a lazy day. The huge balcony accessible through the master bedroom is my favorite place to have breakfast.ever. Wifi is provided and you can use it to catch up on work if need be or to just scroll through social media. The Villa has everything you’ll need for your stay. Dr. Ahmed has been a very hospitable host, very responsive and nice. He also is always there if you need anything during your stay. Check in and check out have been very smooth and it was a pleasure. Petrobeach is a nice relaxing place with a very clean beach. The local cafeteria has nice food after a long day at the beach. My family absolutely loved the place and so did I. Thank you Ahmed for the amazing trip and hospitality!!

I recently stayed at Reem&Tamer’s incredible twin house that exceeded all our expectations. The pool and garden views were breathtaking, and the house was immaculate with stylish and comfortable decor. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it a perfect home away from home. The exceptional hospitality stood out, as they provided a fantastic list of nearby restaurants and attractions. This made exploring the area a joy and led to some unforgettable experiences. They made sure all rooms and bathrooms were equipped with needed items paying attention to every single detail. Only the kitchen equipments are outdated and had some difficulties to deal with but other than that, the whole family enjoyed the house to the fullest. Thanks Reem and Tamer for your attention to detail and commitment to making our stay perfect. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

The place is amazing and affordable, Ahmed “ the owner” was so friendly and caring walk me since I arrived from the gate to the apartment answering all questions and offer services and advices, I totally recommend it

The place was very clean upon arrival & had all the basics one would need for a pleasant stay. Two large swimmable lagoons are a short walk away & the beach is a bit further but only few minutes ride. Mohsen was a great host, always available via text & would resolve any issues & provide recommendations. The community ‘swan lake’ is very nice & well maintained

Absolutely amazing place. Everything was perfect ( Location, cleanliness, welcome, garden, view, swimming pool, planting, furnishings, equipment, owner cooperation ) The villa was impeccable... flawless from beginning to end. The perfect 6 days get away.

Mr. Adl is one of the best hosts I have ever dealt with. He took care of everything for us and gave clear instructions on what needs to be done to make our stay smooth and remarkable. He is always responsive and helpful and very flexible. The place had everything we needed for our 10 days stay. The place was very organized and clean, we felt right at home. There are lots of things you can do at the villa from outdoor furniture to pool activities. We loved our stay and for sure we will book his villa again. Actually it was great stay at Ahmed/ Khaled villa, everything was amazing, the place was very clean, Ahmad was very helpful when we needed him, he was always responding immediately to our needs and when we had issue with something he quick to respond and fix it and we looking forward to staying there again. This is our 2nd year staying at this villa, the new Managment persona “HelloHome” is better from our experience last year. Many of my comments regarding our stay were fixed this year. Over all this Villa is 2nd row from the beach makes it very easy to go in and out of the beach. The Fouka turquoise water and white sand are stunning. The only negative things about this beach is : 1. Too many rocks, you need to follow the lifeguard directions to go in and out of the beach to avoid the rocks, maybe beach shoes are recommended. 2. Not enough Restaurants inside Fouka, you need a car specially Uber is very hard to get. We will definitely recommend this place and we will definitely go back.

What an amazing stay! We were initially overwhelmed with the amount of options available in the area, but later settled on Khaled’s villa after some research. Khaled was an incredible host. He was very attentive and dealt with any question or concern in the matters of minutes. Khaled’s villa is absolutely gorgeous, the compound is relatively new as well which means that everything is spanking new. The beach is amazing, the pool was very clean and huge, and the villa was spacious and very nice. I would without hesitation book Khaled’s place again in the near future. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Had an amazing time, the place is great and even better than the photos. it has direct sea view for all 4 rooms. with the master bedroom has a big terrace with a gorgeous view. it's second line from the sea so that made it very convenient as I had my baby with me. was delighted that it had a big curved smart Samsung tv to catch the recent football matches. and last but not least, the host was friendly and decent and even offered us late checkout till 10 pm without us asking. thanks for a great stay.

Great place, it is rare to get an accurate and authentic airbnb experience in this area, most of the ads are for units that the owners don't respond to, the place is nice and clean, near to the sandy lake, between Marina 4 and 5. Clean and neat. Dr Mohamed is great in communication and he attend the place himself, check in and check out smooth and accurate.

Villa is close to a mini market, grill and bakery, and a caffe, it’s swimming pool is refreshing and clean, sound system amazing for our private party, we had been late for our check in but the host arranged for a welcoming help, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for everyone.
