We had a fantastic week in Daniil's apartment. It was in line with description and expectations and it was a great location with easy access to both the pool and the beach. The apartment was great, with a great seaview so we enjoyed every second of it.

Spacious 1 BR Lagoon

I loved my stay here, the apartment was immaculate, there was a really nice feel to the neighbourhood, the lagoon was gorgeous and we had a view of it from the balcony. There were several parks for my son. The 24 hour security on each building were really friendly and helpful. The only negative, I was expecting a shop or something on site but there was nothing within walking distance, you’d definitely need to hire a car. I had to rely on uber to get groceries or go anywhere, luckily the Ubers were reasonably priced and maybe a 10/15min drive to the local beach (kite beach) and supermarket. I was provided with 4 coffee pods for the coffee machine which was a nice touch but it would’ve been handy if things like washing up liquid/sponge/bin bags/ salt and pepper etc were in the apartment as I had to go out and buy these but for the sake of a week lots were left over which I left in the apartment for the next guest.. it was a lovely stay overall and the host was great at responding.

I think the host Mohamed was very helpful & shared all the relevant information well in advance. The property was amazing & very well maintained. Completely impressed & will definitely recommend them as a go to place for any stay in Dubai. Keep it up guys!!

We were there as a family and can recommend this apartment 100%. Luxurious amenities, absolutely clean, ideal location right by the marina, restaurants, supermarket, metro, tram - everything within walking distance. Easy check-in even in the middle of the night through a 24-hour front desk. Rasmus and Michael proactively approached us with helpful tips and were always available. In short: just perfect, it doesn't get any better than that!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully set up, and exactly as shown in the photos. Spacious, clean, comfortable unit and building. Had everything we needed for our stay. Reception and building staff were super friendly. Housekeeping available daily. Easily walkable to beach, restaurants, Marina area and transportation. Tub/shower in the bathroom is difficult to get in and out of and to reach the taps due to the placement of a glass wall and curved tub. Pool/hot tub area is nice and provided with big soft beach towels. There is construction right next door with new building going up which goes late into the evening. We would recommend and stay there again.

The hotel is close to Burjuman on Red line Metro and DG Sharaf on Green line. The rooms are spacious clean and have a lovely mini kitchen for some light cooking or warming up food in the room. wifi is good and the pool and sauna on the terrace is great to relax. The staff are extremely polite and helpfull. The breakfast has some good variety and offers value for money that u pay. We really loved everything abput this place. We would definately recommend this hotel.

Stayed there in Apr 2025. Really liked the place. The property completely matches the description. It is close to Tram/Metro. Supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants are just nearby. The beautiful waterfront Walk in Marina is just 3-4 mins away. Property is well-maintained and clean. Also, really enjoyed the swimming pool.

Hanane and Mohammed were so easy and lovely to deal with. Any issues and they were quick to respond and made sure I was comfortable during my stay. The location was great, not too long to get out/in of JVC and located well for a nice morning walk to coffee or lunch spots. The pool on level 1 was sun drenched and the perfect spot in the middle of the day. Front security were always warm and welcoming. Overall it was a great choice for a short term stay for 1 person!

This is one of the most stylishly furnished Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. The views of the Burj Khalifa was incredible and the location was fantastic and close proximity to the mall of Dubai and several other attractions. Communication was flawless and the host was super responsive and even ordered small items such as laundry detergent and dish soap straight to our apartment to help our stay. I definitely stay here again.

It was great overall, the host was helpful and friendly. And the apartment & room was very clean.
