I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Bluewaters Dubai! The view was absolutely stunning, and the amenities were top-notch—everything was clean, modern, and comfortable. The location is perfect for a relaxing yet connected getaway. The host was incredibly friendly and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

The apartment is in an excellent location right in Business Bay with a view of Burj Khalifa and only about a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall. The place was very clean, and overall well-prepared. Most essentials were provided, including water, tissues, towels, dental kits, and fast Wi-Fi. The decor is stylish and gives the apartment a premium feel. However, a couple of things could be improved: the sofa wasn’t very comfortable, and the mattress could be better. Also, a pair of slippers would have been nice to have, as it was the only missing amenity. Still, it’s a solid stay, especially if you’re looking for a well-located and beautifully designed apartment in central Dubai.

I would like to thank Sadath very much for everything. Even though we arrived early, he insisted on preparing the apartment quickly. This is due to his kindness and professionalism. The apartment is wonderful, it even looks better than the pictures. We spent a relaxing week there. Of course, its location is one of the best in Downtown Dubai.

The apartment was spotless, modern, and exactly as described in the listing — if not better. The views of the Marina were absolutely stunning, especially at night! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, cafes, and public transport. It was the ideal base for exploring Dubai. The building itself was secure and well-maintained, with great amenities like the gym and pool. Our host was fantastic — super responsive, friendly, and helpful with great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and we felt right at home the entire time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient stay in Dubai Marina. We’d definitely come back again!

Easy detailed instructions. Flexible check-in with the lock. Beach and Swimming pool are really nice. Good place to disconnect yet close to old Dubai and business bay. Apartment super clean and with all the possible needs covered. fully assorted kitchen, nice tv, full washing machine and dishwasher... Host very responsive with very detailed instructions nothing left to chance. Recommend!

The location was unbeatable, offering direct access to Dubai Mall via an indoor walkway, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The building amenities, like the infinity pool and gym, added an extra layer of luxury to the experience. Overall, Kiran's place exceeded my expectations and was worth every dirhams. The apartment is excellent. Has all the amenities you are looking for. I debated many days to stay at a palm hotel or an apartment, and made the right decision by staying here. Location is wonderful, pool, beach, restaurants, public transportation. Andre on top of all that is very easy to communicate with. Had to change my dates because of airline changes and he was very understandable. One of the things that was important to me is who you are renting from and you can’t be in better hands that Andre. Without a doubt excellent experience.

J'ai adoré mon séjour dans ce Airbnb, tellement que je l'ai prolongé à deux reprises. Le mot à couper le souffle pour parler de la vue est vraiment approprié car la vue est incroyable, tout comme l'immeuble, les communs, TOUT. The room in Dubai was amazing! Super clean, cozy, and exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect too close to everything we needed. But honestly, what made the stay even better was the host. Super friendly, always available if we had any questions, and just made us feel really welcome. I’d 100% stay here again without thinking twice. Totally recommend!
