Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est idéalement située entre Paphos et Limassol permettant de rayonner facilement autour. La maison est bien plus jolie en vrai que sur les photos. La vue sur les montagnes et la mer est magnifique. Tout est super équipé, on se sent comme chez soi. Nous recommandons vivement.

Andrew ist super in der Kommunikation und war für Nachfragen stets erreichbar! Das Haus ist gut gelegen, ist großzügig vom Platzangebot her, schöne Bäder! Der Pool und der Außenbereich sind größer, als sie auf den Fotos wirken. Man hat relativ früh am Tag schon etwas Schatten über dem Pool, was eine positive Ausnahme für Zypern ist! Für Kinder super! Die Außendusche haben wir auch sehr geschätzt. Von der Unterkunft ist man in wenigen Minuten sowohl am Strand als auch im "Zentrum" von Pissouri Bay, wo es ungefähr ein Dutzend Restaurants gibt. Nach Pissouri Village sind es ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto, dort gibt es noch mehr (und etwas bessere) sowie einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Im Haus hat alles tadellos funktioniert. Wir können diese Unterkunft und den Gastgeber nur empfehlen!

The villa is stunning and a great place for a family . Lovely pool and many places to sit outside .The village is peaceful and has much character . Marios and his wife are gracious and friendly hosts and did everything they could to help make our stay the best it could be . Highly recommend

We spent the weekend at the house of Chloe and Aristos. Very nice house, modernly furnished, has everything you need and more. The kitchen is well equipped. There is heating system and hot water. The house was very clean. Great location, close to bakery and supermarket, beautiful nature and old bridges nearby. You can feel the great contribution of the owners, it is very pleasant and relaxing to be there. It was very nice to receive complimentary gifts. The hosts are very attentive and pleasant to deal with. We will definitely come back again.

Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern - atemberaubender Ausblick und schöner Außenbereich. Ruhige und abgelegene Gegend, sodass ein Auto zwingend notwendig ist, um die etwas zu unternehmen. Ideale Unterkunft für bis zu 8 Personen.

We enjoyed our stay at Andreas’ villa. The location is quite nice, residential and quiet. The beach is quite close-by but easier to reach by car than on foot. The check in was quite straightforward and communication was very timely. Philippos was always very responsive and any issues were quickly addressed. The pool is great and gets cleaned regularly. The only area of improvement we can highlight is the condition of the bathrooms, especially the ensuite - ideally it gets renovated as there is some significant wear and tear. That being said, we had a great time and will definitely consider going back!

A very well-built and quite unusual house, minimalist (contemporary art deco), very spacious but also surprisingly comfortable. We were there the last week of October which was lovely as the days were still warm and breezy but the nights were much cooler. The location/views were great. It is quite close to Lefkara which is a picturesque village (but in busy times potentially touristy) village. Otherwise somewhat remote which is what we wanted (but 5 minutes to motorway which then takes you anywhere and distances in Cyprus are not large). We all loved the animals that were housed next door with Janos (kids spent a lot of time with the animals), who was great looking after everything and made everyone feel welcome. The pool is great, very large. It can be heated either by solar energy or electrically. (For colder months, you'd need electrical heating which could be energy-intensive). Great host. Would definitely return.

We stayed for five days at this lovely house. It is an excellent big house with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed the pool and the garden. Above all its location provides an excellent view of the surrounding mountains. It is peaceful and quiet. The host Konstantinos was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions and information. Overall a superb experience.

I really enjoyed staying at Andrea’s place, the house is very big, green nice territory, lovely hosts. Will definitely come back!

Toppenbra boende för vårt sällskap på åtta personer. Rymligt med både privata utrymmen och bra ytor för gemensam tid. Trevlig och serviceinriktad värd som alltid svarade snabbt. Gångavstånd till strand, affärer och restauranger. Extra plus för pool och fin uteplats. Möjligen ett litet minus för att många av lamporna, köksutrustningen med mera krävde adapter för att kunna användas och det saknades adapters i huset - vi behövde alltså köpa väldigt många för att både kunna använda utrustningen + egna behov av laddning med mera. Men det var verkligen ett mindre problem - som helhet ett prisvärt toppenboende i trevliga omgivningar.

It is a cozy house in a mountain village, with everything you need for a holiday. The location is beautiful, too. Just 100 meters from the door, you're exposed to an eye-catching mountain valley view.

Great villa - very clean and comfortable. It has everything you may need for enjoyable vacation: a lot of towels, washer and dishwasher (including washing powder and tablets for dishwasher), fully equipped kitchen, very nice pool area with barbeque. When we arrived we found a bottle of wine and two bottles of water in the fridge, the fridge also has icemaking section which is very welcomed in Cyprus weather. The villa equipped with toilet paper, soap, tea, coffee, variety of species and everything that you may need for cooking. Lenos, the owner, was always in touch with us, Natalie very pleasant and on-time meet and welcomed us in the villa. I'd like to say that Lenos took very seriously all the comments from the previous review: all the aircons has no timers now, the internet speed is good enough for Netflix or Zoom conferences, no smell in the villa, no cockroaches, the mattresses are OK , the only thing I would suggest - is to replace the pillows for more quality ones. Especially I would like to point for the location of the villa - it is 10-15 minutes walking through fields to the very beautiful and private beach; the same distance to village center with several very good tavernas and supermarket; the same distance to the Aphrodite Sands hotel, with have very nice spa and massages; it is about 20 min driving to Paphos and 10 min driving to airport.

Wspaniałe miejsce, spokojne, na uboczu, intymne i zapewniające prywatność. Doskonale miejsce do wypoczynku ale też jako miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania wyspy. Dom jest przestronny, wygodny, ma wspaniały basen. W tygodniu zaglądają ogrodnicy dbający o zieleń i czystość basenu. Ogród daje poczucie wytchnienia. Odejmuje jedną gwiazdkę za brak zapewnionych podstawowych rzeczy do utrzymania czystości. Brak zapasowego papieru toaletowego, brak gąbki do zmywania czy choć 1 ściereczki do przetarcia stołu. Takie wyposażenie jest standardem i nie powinno być przekładane na wynajmujących.

We had a wonderful 10 days in August at the villa with our two boys. It sits in a private village about 2min drive / 10min walk into the bay area. As every day was HOT, we often had breakfast on the beach and swam til mid-morning, and then went back to the villa to use the pool. The pool was wonderfully warm and the villa spacious and clean. The view from the villa over the bay is great, and a nice way to watch the sun or moon rise! We made good use of the BBQ. Mario is the main contact locally and he was also responsive when we arrived late evening and had a bit of difficulty opening the door (turn the key all the way anti-clockwise!). There were only a couple of minor things that could be improved, and these have been communicated to Haresh. The main one was that there needed to be more cutlery and cups/glasses. Pissouri is a great location, and is not over-run with tourists. Definitely recommended!
