Great stay at Villa Kara. The Villa is spacious inside and out, and very clean and well equipped. Location is great, easy walk into the village or to the beach and if you have a car its a great base for days out. The pool is really lovely, but not heated, so if you are early in the season before the sun has heated it up you'll need to be brave! Very relaxing, we would definitely stay again.

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this mountain retreat. It is a historic house with lots of charm - and the views are simply fantastic. It's south West facing so gets wonderful sun - and sitting on the terrace looking out over the pool and valley is a memory we will keep forever. Andreas was very helpful with instructions for finding the property and recommendations for what to do locally and a really wonderful local taverna. Plenty to see in the local area. We would highly recommend :)

We stayed with our family from 29.12 to 7.01 I liked everything! Very quiet, there is a place to walk Great views and the house itself is bigger than it looks in the photos! Clean! We will definitely come back again!)

Perfect for a family break. We had 7 nights and there was plenty to do in the area. All communication was excellent and Andy even recommended a local supermarket that would be open before we arrived. A beautiful house, lovely interior with lots of little touches, candles, board games and a fabulous courtyard which is bigger than it looks on the photos. All bedrooms are clutter free and have their own en-suite. The kitchen is large and has all the basics you need to cook meals etc. There is a large washing machine and new dishwasher with pods provided which is a nice touch. We were warmly welcomed at Tochni Tavern and then a 3 minute walk to the house and then shown around. The village is very quiet and peaceful with a supermarket, a free Astro pitch for eager football players and the local Tavern is a real treat on your door step. A fabulous traditional home in the heart of a beautiful village. The house has great views and the courtyard has a great mixture of sunshine and shade.

Big company with children spent there NY holidays! It was nice, beautiful, all necessary equipment, table tennis, barbecue were there. And marvelous fire place made our holidays cozy and sweet. Thank you very much for the fast reaction at all our needs!

Cozy House in a Quiet Cypriot Village – Perfect for a Family Getaway We had a wonderful family vacation (two adults and three children) staying in this lovely house! It's a two-story home located in a peaceful village surrounded by nature. The atmosphere is calm, the air is fresh, and the view from the veranda is simply stunning — a perfect escape from the noise of the city. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee maker, a cozy living room, a bedroom, a toilet, and access to a veranda with a beautiful view. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony. Everything was very clean and convenient. A special thanks to the host, who asked in advance about the number and age of our children to prepare the house accordingly. When we arrived, everything was ready — there were some basic food items on the table, and milk and cheese in the fridge, which was a huge help after our flight. The kids were also thrilled to find

Wonderful accommodation in the village with two restaurants nearby. The Tochni Tavern had wonderful meals at a good price. Mr. George gave us a little history and offered us a map, which helped us navigate where to visit and go during our stay. He answered our questions and was proactive in asking if he could be of any more help to ensure our comfort. The bed was comfortable. The accommodation includes a pool and A/C, which made the heat bearable. All in all, I intend to come back and would absolutely recommend this to anyone

Beautiful and comfortable house, great location, amazing hosts Tellef and Anna! We stayed this house for three months, from the middle of a winter, two adults and a two year old kid. House is cozy and fully equipped, it has everything you can think of. The location is hidden and quiet, but you can walk to the sea in 10 minutes and to the central park in 25 minutes. The old port is a 10-minute taxi ride away. Any deliveries are available, from groceries to something like H&M. Couple of good supermarkets are within walk distance also. The house is located on a dead-end street, so you can easily play any games right on the road with your child. Tellef and Anna are super hosts, they are always ready to help or just give an advice about Limassol. I highly recommend this house and it's wonderful hosts for anyone visiting Limassol, both for couple of days and for long-term stay. Sincerely, Andy, Nata and Boris.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home in Pachna. It’s one of those places that instantly makes you feel relaxed. Its quiet, charming, and full of character. The house has been restored with a lot of care, keeping its old stone house charm while adding everything you need for a comfortable stay. The courtyard is where we spent every morning, out there with coffee and every evening with a glass of wine under the large mulberry tree. It’s peaceful, and just perfect for unwinding. The space is cozy and clean, with thoughtful touches throughout that really make a difference. Our hosts Pantelitsa and Charoulla were wonderful — very responsive, friendly, and gave us some great tips for local tavernas and wineries nearby. Pachna itself is a lovely little village, untouched and authentic, with some great walks and quiet streets to explore. Pachna is a good base from were we explore both Limassol, Paphos areas and the Troodos Mountains. We will most certainly be back again

AAA Airbnb—cold beer glasses, a bottle of wine and water, chocolates—all ready to go when we arrived very late. It was squeaky clean and located just off the main street but without noise. The host messaged back within minutes with bag storage recommendations, too.

Organising and checking in with Stephen was very easy, and during our stay he resolved every little issue immediately. The house is exactly as described, an excellent experience!

The photos were very accurate, although they didn't do justice to the mountain view. The house is a wonderful, historic Cypriot village house with all the modern amenities we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and so were the bathrooms. The shower was clean and modern with great water pressure and hot water. We loved sitting out on the balcony enjoying the view. We also enjoyed walking around the village, driving to a local waterfall and exploring nearby Kakopetria. The host was very responsive and sent an electrician immediately to fix a power issue we had. Honestly, our stay was perfect with one exception, all the beds were very firm and the springs could be felt at points, so we didn't sleep very well. I still think we would have chosen to stay here even knowing that.

We had an amazing time in the beautiful villa which looks even better in person, the surrounding was so peaceful and beautiful, the hosts are very nice and responsive, we had the best vacation!

We had so much fun exploring the property when we first arrived! The rooms are all very authentic and rustic, absolutely love how quirky the house is. Had a bit of difficulty finding the house but was able to call Flora who managed to coordinate with her cleaner who helped us find the house and an easier path for is to drive the car up! The hills nearby the house are very steep so would advise being a confident driver. Other than that, absolutely no issues! Very peaceful and relaxing place to stay with a very well equipped kitchen - spices, clean fridge, cooker and other amenities. The views are gorgeous and we would highly recommend the local taverna, the couple who own it are very sweet and the food is excellent local Cypriot cuisine. Would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend to friends and family 🫶

A lovely spot. Lush beautiful garden and grass area. Super quiet and peaceful. A great place to unwind The property is lovely, clean and has lovely big windows to enjoy the garden view. There are 2 great beach areas within a 3min drive. Great swimming and a nice restaurant with a beach kiosk at each. Not easy to walk to from the property due to narrow roads that don’t have a sidewalk. A small issue with Airconditioning upstairs tripping the fuse. Hopefully they can get it fixed. My boyfriend and I stayed for 10 nights in September. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and clean. The pool was never busy. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay - the kitchen is well equipped, there's plenty of towels and bedding and the AC works great. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening, it has a nice view. We especially found a lot of joy in the very sweet cats who are roaming around who were always thankful for a treat ☺️🐈

This house is the safest bet if you want quick access to the beach with not so many people all over the place, as this is the outermost part of Limassol. Yet, the area has comfortable access to the city (bus line 30 starts ~100m from house) and it's close to highway if you plan to rent a car. And you can park it on the street no worries, it's really safe and calm there. It's also very quiet place at night, at least in September. So if maybe not the greatest value for party lovers, I definitely recommend it to every one else, especially for families.
