My apartment with sea view is located on the south coast of Crete within walking distance (5 min) to the eastern beach of Triopetra. Pure relaxation in a place of absolute tranquility in the middle of nature above the Libyan Sea. The apartment is located on the first floor of my house and is accessible via an external staircase. It is 50 m² and has a 30 m² terrace with a fantastic sea view. It is a new building that was completed at the end of 2018.

The air-conditioned accommodation of 110 sq.m. 1st floor has unobstructed views of the Libyan Sea, includes 3 bedrooms, 4 HD smart TVs with satellite channels, high speed wifi, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, etc.) washing machine, 2 bathrooms with shower and private parking 150 sq.m.

My place is located on the edge of Akoumia, in the south of Rethymno. It is a stone-built semi-detached house with a panoramic view of Kedros, the valley and its villages. The upper and lower spaces communicate with an internal staircase but are also completely autonomous with their own bathroom, kitchen and separate entrance, having access to the garden, the terrace and the parking lot.
