До центра жизни (базар, парк развлечений и т.д.) идти минут 30. До озера - 15 минут через поле - самый короткий путь). Вместо городского пляжа, где очень-очень много народа или пляжа у дороги, в этой локации Вы получите лучший из возможных вариантов - песчанный пляж у кромки соснового бора, вдали от проезжей части, с северо-американскими пейзажами! Насчёт завтраков уточняйте! Баня рядом с домиком великолепна! Возможно предоставление дополнительных мест за дополнительную плату 3000 ТГ/ночь с человека. Хозяева помогают во всех вопросах, от покупки домашнего творога, до трансфера. Рядом есть домик побольше. Замечательный вариант, рекомендуем!

Что сказать) наш отдых удался! Чувствовали себя как дома. Нам были предоставлены все удобства) Наталья и Алексей очень милые и отзывчивые люди. Выбирайте отдых только у них, не пожалеете)

Clean and comfortable apartment Жаслан was friendly, responsive and communicative. I enjoyed my stay here. Квартира очень нравилась. Была чистая и удобная. Жаслан был услужливый и отзывчивый, всегда быстро помог когда был какой то вопрос.

Отличная квартира, отзывчивый хозяин. При малейших вопросах и недочетах все быстро решалось, потому что менеджер всегда на связи. Одно замечание - почините замок на двери туалета, а то там можно весело застрять и напугать соседей ночью)

Galiya war rund um die Uhr erreichbar, antwortete immer schnell und war auch immer sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft entsprach auch den lokalen Bau Standards.

I had a great stay in this apartment. It was beautiful, well equipped and easy to find. The location is great to see the expo, the rest of the main sights is a bit of a distance. The host is lovely, checking up on us during our stay if everything was still alright. Would totally recommend staying here!

This apartment we get was different that one on the pictures, but i guess only because we want to check in before 2 pm. It was a bit dirty(black long hair) but i noticed while i was paying for apartment there was no cleaning fee so it was cheaper than other accommodations. The linen was clean. There was constant noice comming from upper floor ( child was crying 24/7) but there is nothing host can do about this. The internet was working good ( also for work ) and location was convinient. It was ok to stay for few days or weeks but if i live in that building i will probably sell the flat ( no noice isolation ). Overall it was good stay, thanks to the host fast reactions about early check in.

Fabulous place to stay, it is very close to the US embassy and several other sightseeings. The place is in great neighborhood, there are multiple supermarkets nearby. Saniya is a great host and even responded to me at 6 am! Great experience and a great stay. The only downside is the lack of soundproof walls, you can hear neighbors.
