Lovely apartment close to the US Embassy and even more lovely host Elmira! My parents stayed for a US visa interview, Elmira helped them with every possible question. She told me how to order a taxi, made sure that my parents got there, recommended places to visit, and much more. The apartment is great, clean, cozy, warm, despite the frosts -25 degrees. Thank you very much Elmira, I recommend this place to everyone!!

The apartment is very cosy and clean, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Astana. Nearby there are lots of supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, and the location isn’t far from the centre. The host is very responsive and kind, and the price is very reasonable compared to other places on Airbnb. I recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Astana.

I highly recommend Гульмира's place. The accommodation matched the description, was clean and was in a beautiful and modern environment. Slippers, toothbrushes, shampoo and even canisters of drinking water were provided to us in the apartment. Гульмира was always easy to reach and responded quickly to questions. She gave us a very detailed and helpful description of how to get into the apartment and even let us check in a little earlier. We would book the place again anytime!

I stayed at Gulnar’s apartment for a little over 4 months as an exchange student, and had the best experience. The apartment has a great location, with it being close to things such as Khan Shatyr, Bayterek, and also Kazguu university. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood with lots of markets and necessities nearby, and I was able to walk most places. Gulnar is an exceptional host, who always made sure I had everything I needed and was quick to respond when I asked for help. Moreover, she was very helpful in giving me a good experience and making sure I was happy in Astana. She is incredibly friendly and mindful, and always came by if I needed anything, and helped me navigate the city, and she cares a lot about her visitors. I would recommend Gulnar to everyone who is looking to have a good experience in Astana, and if I were to return, I would absolutely book with Gulnar again!

First of all, I want to express my gratitude, for the non-standard check-in at 5 am) Check-in was without any problems, the instructions were very detailed. As for the apartment not far from the airport and the city center, the apartment was clean and fully corresponded to the description) Everything went great! 👍

In short, this is a great place to stay. After looking at the photos and then seeing the place in person, I was pleasantly surprised (It looks better in real life than in the photos, to be honest). Considering that the prices are lower than others, I was really happy to spend my vacation here.

This is a one-bedroom apartment in a new residential complex with a closed courtyard. The kitchen and bathroom are perfectly equipped, there is a large balcony. The neighborhood is quiet, there are many shops, restaurants and cafes, an indoor market - Sauran shopping center. The botanical garden is close, Norzhol Boulevard with the main attractions of Astana is also within walking distance. Larisa was very helpful, helped with early check-in, recommended apps for navigating the city.

The apartment is very cozy and stylishly decorated - everything is made with love in detail. There is all necessary for a comfortable stay, felt like home. Thanks to the hostess for the warm welcome!

Fabulous place to stay, it is very close to the US embassy and several other sightseeings. The place is in great neighborhood, there are multiple supermarkets nearby. Saniya is a great host and even responded to me at 6 am! Great experience and a great stay. The only downside is the lack of soundproof walls, you can hear neighbors.

Amazing location just that please check and take images just after you check-in so that no post check out discrepancy occur.
