Family-friendly vacation rentals in Aklan

I had a wonderful experience at Nic Caleo during my recent visit to Boracay. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I loved the comfortable bed, and the bathroom had all the amenities I could need, including a great shower with plenty of hot water. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. I also appreciated the little extras like the complimentary water bottles and clean towels and the quick check-in/check-out process. The location is great —right in the heart of Boracay, close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. What made this stay even better was the peaceful atmosphere, making it easy to relax after a busy day of exploring. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town! 10명 이상의 가족이 편안하고 조용하며 프라이빗한 휴가를 즐기기 위한 숙소로는 매우 훌륭합니다. 누구에게도 방해받지 않는 안전하고 훌륭한 전망을 가진 숙소입니다. 저희11명의 성인과 2명의 아이가 보내기에 충분했습니다. 넓은 거실에서 가족간의 대화와 휴식이 충분히 좋았습니다. 피터와 조비는 매우 친절하고 신속하게 문제를 해결해 주었습니다. 5성급 호텔의 시설과 서비스를 기대하는 게스트는 다른 호텔의 이용을 추천합니다. 하지만 대가족의 휴가를 원하는 게스트에게는 아주 좋은 선택지가 될것입니다. 숙소로의 접근이 조금 번거롭지만 크게 불편하지는 않습니다. 오히려 그 점이 저희는 더 좋아습니다. 숙소의 입구부터 주변은 항상 경비원이 지켜주어 매우 안전하지만 사용자의 생활은 전혀 방해받지 않고 숙소의 위치는 프라이빗하게 보호받는점이 매우 좋았습니다. 절벽위에서 보라카이의 바다를 바로 전망하며 맥주 한잔의 호사를 누릴수 있는 곳입니다 보라카이 시내 및 해변으로의 접근성이 필요한 분은 다른 숙소를 고려하는것을 추천드립니다. 그러나 저희처럼 대가족이 지내시는 집같은 숙소를 고려하신다면 좋은 선택지인것 같습니다. 물론 우리집처럼 편안하지는 않겠지만요.

10000/10 - We stayed for 6 nights and it was the best! Highly recommended accommodation for everyone visiting Boracay! There's a kitchen available especially if we just want to cook our food! Amazing staff they have. Near the beach y'all! What else you can look for? Eyyy 🫶🏻

I had a wonderful stay! The room is exactly according to the pictures, spacious for one person. Communication was great through the the time of booking to leaving. I booked the roundtrip pick-up service from the airport which is very well organized. On site I was able to get in touch with the Manager Carl who helped me out with any inquiries. Everyone was really friendly. The building is a bit hidden but still very close to the beach, all the restaurants etc. Depending on who else is in the building at the same time, it can get loud during times. But other than that it was wonderful!

Our family group of 3 stayed at Red's place for a week over the Xmas period. Red is quite clear that his place is not a ritzy hotel style property. To us, that was part of its charm. The property is situated on Angol road, just a few minutes walk from station 3 of White Beach. While this is a quieter part of the beach there are still plenty of good restaurants and cafes in the area. A short walk in the other direction we found lots of business places that were helpful on our stay. (laundry, hairdresser etc) The property has 6 (I think) self contained units. Ours was on the second floor, was comfortable, functional, had everything we needed and had a nice little balcony. Angol road is more a local than a tourist area. It was nice staying in and seeing that part of Boracay. Red is a great host. Very responsive and helpful and provided lots of helpful info before and after we arrived. Mercy and Allen, the on site staff, were also very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Very estetik, IG Worthy room. Its more prettier in person. Cons(depends on how used you are to the ghetto) : The location is like a maze. Almost like from the philipine ghetto, where there are drinking people in the streets 24/7. No generator .

El departamento cuenta con un lindo balcón con vistas a la cancha de golf y al final el mar. Tiene lo necesario para cocinar, está en muy buen estado. New Coast es un complejo de departamentos, hoteles y próximamente de viviendas, y cuenta con cancha de golf , piscina, juegos infantiles, playa propia del complejo. Se puede comprar comestibles en un Seven Eleven que se encuentra dentro de un mini centro de tiendas comerciales y restaurantes. A su vez hay 2 hoteles dentro del complejo muy lindos. Para moverse dentro del complejo hay un colectivo gratuito que te traslada internamente o si quieres puedes caminar por las sendas peatonales. A su vez el colectivo público llamado Hip On Hip Off que te lleva a cualquier lugar de la isla pasa cada 15 minutos x enfrente de los departamentos (recomiendo moverse con ellos dado el bajo costo y comodidad). La gente del complejo es muy servicial y amable. Sin dudas volvería.

It was our 2nd time visiting Boracay and Elena’s place made our trip more unforgettable. The place is very clean and felt secured. Our caretaker, Romel, was a very dedicated person that although we asked him to set a birthday surprise(cake, balloons and others) for one of our group members in a last minute, we were amazed what he did for us. Of course he was always helpful for other things as well. Only thing is that even though a free shuttle is mentioned in the description of this villa, they no longer does it for free and it takes about 300 pesos per way to D-mall which is still reasonable. Thank you again for welcoming us hope to visit this villa again!

Great location close to station 3, walkable to the beach clubs and not too close to loud club music for a quiet sleep. Friendly staff.

Janice was very helpful and check in was simple, the staff are so friendly even popping to the shops to get something’s for us ! It’s quiet and peaceful yet 1 minute from White Beach, felt like being at home and very very welcome

Бассейн с чистой водой без запаха хлорки. Очень отзывчивый персонал, готовый всегда помочь по любым вопросам. Tess и её муж тоже всегда были на связи и очень старались мне помочь с поисками моего улетевшего дрона. До пляжа и до большого супермаркета не больше 10 минут, дом расположен довольно удачно.

Rose is an amazing host, the communication was very easy, the place neat and as shown on pictures. Great value for money! The swimming pool very useful and nice! The host arranged a pick up to and from the port/ airport so it was extremely comfortable and easy to check in and out. Highly recommend Rose and her place. Thank you for having us!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property, and we couldn't be more satisfied. The location is serene and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was clean, well-organized and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The host (Sir Dondon) was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed exploring the nearby beach and local attractions but honestly, we could have spent our entire trip just lounging in the cozy living room. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet retreat. We can't wait to come back. ☺️

Tout était parfait et quel plaisir d’avoir accès à une plage privée magnifique et à peine fréquentée. Le quartier est bien gardé et sûr. L’environnement est magnifique. Même à distance les hôtes ont répondu à tous nos besoins. Je recommande sans la moindre réserve !!!

Seeking a relaxing vacation, this home provided us exactly what we needed for quality family time. The grounds and the home itself were breathtaking. While the beach in front was a bit rocky for swimming, the compensating pool became a favorite spot for my kids. Anjie, the caretaker, enhanced our experience significantly. He is such a hard worker, keeping the grounds so beautiful. He assisted with transport arrangements upon arrival and facilitated private tricycles for our trips to Caticlan (just 10 minutes away). Additionally, you can find a shared tricycle at the end of the road quite easily for only 20 pesos per person. Caticlan has a 7-11 and markets for eggs and other cooking ingredients. For a larger grocery run, Boracay had ample options. Anjie's recommendation, Cafe Tribu (a 5 minute ride from the house) became a favorite spot for pizza and more. Wifi was occasionally spotty, but the fantastic cable TV package allowed plenty of entertainment for us. Thanks for a nice week.

Everything was great. There was a very helpful neighbor on site who assisted us when needed. The location is away from the main tourist crowds, but still only about a 12-minute walk to the main center at a relaxed pace. You get an authentic experience among the locals, and the place itself is very private. We also received recommendations for renting a scooter and for other activities. Overall, everything was perfect and we would like to thank Valentine!

This luxury is amazing! Everything looks like the photos, very spacious and clean, great view of the beach and we have our own swimming pool and easy access to the beach. It was like a dream that we did not want to wake up! Staff are polite and attentive, they can pretty much provide all of our requests. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s 20th birthday and they did everything they can to decorate the room, got fresh flowers and a really cute cake to make the day special. We used their chef service too on the birthday and everything was great. The price was definitely on the higher side, but considering how nice the apartment was and all of the service they provide, I’d say it’s worth it. It was a great stay and my family made great memories together during our stay there!
