It is located 8 km away from Ağvaya in a separate land on a detached land in the Avdan neighborhood, in an area where the view of nature will be panoramic from each room. Our place is in Şile Karacaköy, between Şile Center and Ağva, equidistant from both centers. The distance from the bay seen in the photos is 5 minutes on foot. There are food and beverage venues and a beach on the coast. It is also close to Ağva Kilimli Koyuna Hacilli Waterfall. There is a semi-olympic pool and it is suitable for hijab. NOTE: (THE POOL IS HEATED, THERE IS NO CHLORINE, THERE IS A SALT DEVICE, IT DOES NOT DAMAGE YOUR EYES AND SKIN, UP TO 24/33 degrees, THERE IS AIR CONDITIONING IN EVERY ROOM FOR PRIVATE PARTIES

Five-Star Beach Walk

The location of the space, the surroundings, the structure style, and even the color of the wall, the concrete pile we often encounter, are different from the ugly structures to us and most of our guests. I think it deserves a peaceful place to be relatively isolated from its surroundings, silence, lots of light, and airy. Our place, which is completely surrounded by a high wall, provides maximum privacy and security to our guests.

It is in a summer houses neigborhood between Sile and Agva. There is Mavi Koy beach in 15 min on foot. You can discover the town Agva. Check the guideline. It is not permetted only for the male groups. You may enjoy the Fireplace in the winter garden in the summer. BBQ available in the garden. Hope to host you.
