Javier's accommodation is quite convenient if you're traveling with a family group and want to be relatively close to the Coyoacán market. Javier equipped the house with basic supplies such as enough toilet paper, soaps, shampoo, and some ingredients such as salt, sugar, and coffee. The value for money is very good

Coyoacan is one of my favorite neighborhoods in CDMX, but I’ve never stayed there. This was my long needed change. The casita was beautiful. Two stories. Large. Amazingly comfortable bed. Centrally located and close to great bars, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and plazas. The WiFi was strong enough for remote work, and smart TV was enormous. I would love to return.

We loved our stay, the house is very large and very comfortable, the garden is very nice, you feel at home. Our team is very happy too. Definitely we will be back soon. 🤍 Also Lore and Reina are very kind from start to finish, always on the earrings. Thank you very much ☺️

The house is very spacious and generally very bright, the 4 bedrooms are a very good size and with accessible bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances. The location of the house is excellent, very central and close to squares, restaurants and other businesses. Despite being on a busy avenue, you can't hear much noise from the street. An excellent option to stay in the Polanco area.

The cabin is very nice and functional, cozy, clean. It is located very close to a main avenue and the security is excellent. Felipe was always available to us. There are also many places to eat.

Great location, walking distance to many places. We loved Mezcaleria Necios, and the smoothie place around the corner for the kids, Ricardo is easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Ricardo let us leave our bags early when we arrived early to Condesa, which was very helpful. Great for a big family to all stay together.

Excellent house, very nice, comfortable and clean, highly recommended to rent for a large family. We were very happy with the stay, we highly recommend it.

Gouslande was immediately responsive to any questions we had. The building is beautiful, so many amenities and the security presence really made you feel at ease. The apartment was equally beautiful, comfortable, clean and offered a great view. The location is fantastic, there's a Walmart and restaurant options literally right across the street. Next time I'm in CDMX I'll definitely be returning. Thanks again

Such amazing views! Watching the sunrise each morning on the terrace was truly magical. Great location with many food spots and grocery options nearby. Transit stations are short walks away. Very comfortable for the 6 of us.

Mauricio’s place was the perfect home away from home. The location was amazing—safe, beautiful, and close to great food, entertainment, and retail stores, all within walking distance. Having 24/7 private security made us feel even more at ease. The apartment had a nice vibe and was decently clean, making it easy to settle in and feel comfortable. Mauricio was incredibly responsive and communicated clearly throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and can’t recommend this place enough!

Inside a gated high-rise condo building, with many amenities like a great gym and an indoor swimming pool. Underground parking. On a high floor with a great city view. Safe and walkable neighborhood, with many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is clean and modern. Close to best areas of Mexico City such as Polanco, Roma, and Condesa. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

While a bit away from the main tourist spots, the apartment is in on a quiet street and what seems to be a very safe location. With a Walmart Grocery store only a 5-6 minute walk away, it was easy to stock up on food and water for the day, along with a number of restaurants within walking distance. In addition, CDMX's main park is only a 20-25 minute walk and was a pleasure to run to in the mornings. The apartment itself is very modern and the building staff at the entrance were always friendly.

Ivan's apartment is really excellent for a long stay in CDMX. It is close to several tourist spots and is an area with a lot of activity but at the same time quiet and peaceful when you are inside the apartment. We hope to stay at this beautiful and comfortable place again very soon in the near future.

Great place. The front bedroom was warm for a couple of hours in the afternoon but fine the rest of the time without AC. Plenty of hot water, fans, comfortable beds and nice amenities like boxes of tissue and laundry detergent. I was asked several times if everything was working properly. The covered deck upstairs was a good place to hang out and the views of the sunset were exceptional. I appreciated having a separate washer and dryer as well.

A very nice place and the area is very quiet. The area was easy to get out of and go anywhere. The service was excellent and the cleanliness impeccable. It would definitely be my first choice to rent when I get back to the city.

Niles is an excellent host: attentive, fast, flexible, discreet. A 10 The ad (photos and description) perfectly describes the apartment, and the reality is even better than the photos. The area is residential, away from the noise of the city. You're in Polanco in 15 minutes.

This is the second time I stayed in the place and I really like it. It is a very quiet place which is very connected and accessible. Also I like it to be a ground floor. Would definitely come back again.

I honestly can’t say enough about how great this place is. The unit is amazing. The location can’t be beat. Walkable to everything you want to see in Roma Norte. On top of it all the owner is one of the best I’ve dealt with. Also Anton notch staff helping him. 5 stars all around.

Great place to spend a few quiet days close to restaurants, cafes, and cute shops. The apartment is impeccable and comfortable. Perfect for four people. The area is safe and easily accessible. Would happily stay here again!

Simon's apartment in Condesa was a great place to stay. The location is excellent and very walkable. Communication with Simon was clear and timely. Would definitely recommend.
