Excellent stay at Ahmed's place! The apartment is almost brand new, stylish and absolutely immaculate. Everything is as described in the listing - it's a comfortable space, spacious and well equipped. There's a guard within the apartment complex, so it feels very secure. The apartment is the new part of city (about 15 mins walk from the station), so it is around 40 mins on foot to the medina and historic centre... which is quite a hike! However there are always plenty of "petit taxis" around to take you to the city. Plus, as we explored the local area, we discovered a lovely park and some nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Ahmed and Ouadie are great hosts - always helpful and responsive. We don't have anything negative to say, it was a really great stay!

We werden uiterst vriendelijk ontvangen door Hamid. Het voelde als thuiskomen. Het was heerlijk om een huis voor onszelf te hebben na een rondreis door Marokko. Bij aankomst maakten we ons een beetje zorgen of het 's nachts wel rustig zou zijn met zoveel dieren om het huis (prachtige pauwen, kippen, ganzen, honden, etc), maar we hebben heerlijk geslapen en het was zo rustig! Het lekkerst geslapen van de hele reis! We hebben zelfs boodschappen gedaan en zelf eten gemaakt. De familie voorzag ons van koffie en zout. En ook wifi werd geregeld zodat we wat communicatie met het volgende onderkomen konden regelen. Volgende dag prachtige wandeling gemaakt door het cederbos en de apen bekeken die langs de weg te zien zijn omdat andere toeristen ze daar voeren... Dank Hamid en familie voor een heerlijk verblijf! En we raden het anderen 100% aan om hier ook te verblijven.

Under the sign, Riad le Petit Ksar, you enter another world. Every detail has been attended with care. The Riad is a fine example of Moroccan artistry. The furnishings, terrace, garden and salons are all beautiful. The beds are comfortable, linens fresh and crisp. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Juliette and her staff are attentive without being overbearing. To us this stay exceeded all expectations.

Le logement était impeccable, très bien équipé et surtout très adapté a des voyageurs avec enfants et/ou bébé. la communication avec khaoula était exemplaire tout le long du séjour. c'est une personne très accueillante, très réactive et très disponible.

Nous avons apprécié le séjour dans ce fabuleux appartement. Ça était parfait rien à reprocher. C'est l'excellence du point de vue propreté, calme, équipement... Je dirais que le réel est 3 fois plus parfait que les photos sur AIRBNB. Je recommande vivement cet appartement aux voyageux. Merci beaucoup au gérant M. Ali pour sa sympathie, sa souplesse et son savoir-faire ainsi qu'à l'équipe de nettoyage. 👍

Je recommande grandement ce magnifique Riad ! Kenza est très aimable, réactive et disponible. Le logement est très beau, propre et fonctionnel. Il est bien placé dans la médina, tout peut se faire à pied. Les 2 terrasses sont également très agréables, avec une magnifique vue sur Fès et ses alentours. La ville est très jolie et propose plein de jolies découvertes. Merci pour ce très beau séjour !

We loved our stay at Naima's apartment. Very spacious, clean, and just as described. Naima was very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The location was great, in a nice area, surrounded by great restaurants, and within walkable distance to mosques and Burj Fes Mall. The only slight inconvenience was that it took about ~3-5 minutes for the shower to get hot water. However, Naima had informed us about that before we arrived so five stars for communication. Overall, we loved our stay, definitely recommend Naima's apartment, and would definitely stay there again.

I asked for transportation from airport to the flat for an additional 150 dh. Loubna's husband picked me up with his car which also took care if the check in process. He kept communication with me all the time before i arrived and was already waiting for me when i got to the airport. He greeted me with a smile and a bottle of water. On the way we chatted about different topics and he was very friendly. When we got to the flat, he gave me a 15min tour around the neighborhood where he showed me nearby restaurants, shops, cafes and the CTM bus station because i was taking the bus for my next trip from Fes to Ouazzane. Then went to the house where again he gave me a tour of the house and explained everything. If i go back to Fes, i would definitly stay with them again.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel à Fès, en grande partie grâce à l’accueil irréprochable de Farouk, d’une disponibilité et d’une gentillesse rares. Le logement est magnifiquement décoré, très bien équipé et d’une propreté impeccable. Il est idéalement situé, ce qui nous a permis de rejoindre facilement la médina, la ville nouvelle et les centres commerciaux. L’accès à l’aéroport est également direct, ce qui est très pratique. Merci infiniment à Farouk pour son hospitalité : grâce à lui, nos vacances à Fès ont été tout simplement parfaites !

merci à lotfi, noys avons été choyé, pétition déjeuner, grillades, et visite de la médina avec toutes les explications sur l'histoire de la ville d'azrou. lotfi et sa famille sont de très belles personnes au grand cœur. je recommande les yeux fermés.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable chez notre hôte, qui s’est montrée extrêmement gentille, toujours à l’écoute et très disponible. Elle nous a même réservé un taxi pour l’aller et le retour, ce qui a été très apprécié. L’appartement est bien situé, accessible, et l’accueil a été chaleureux. Il y a toutefois quelques points qui pourraient être améliorés pour rendre le séjour encore plus confortable : • Le matelas était un peu inconfortable. • Il manquait une poubelle dans le logement. • L’eau de la douche était froide par moments et s’écoulait un peu partout dans la salle de bain. • La salle de bain est assez petite. • Un seul porte-serviette pour deux personnes, ce qui est un peu juste. Avec quelques améliorations, ce logement pourrait vraiment offrir une excellente expérience. Encore merci à notre hôte pour son hospitalité !

We were feeling like home in this appartment. Hanane was absolutely the most kind Host, she was helping and supporting in all and was asking proactive to help. The organization was perfect. This appartment is absolutely beautiful and you feel like home because is so much comfortable. You will miss nothing, theres all you need and is in a good place. We will come back there for sure. Omar hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und uns seine tolle Wohnung zur Verfügung gestellt, er hat uns gute Tips für die Gegend gegeben und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Kommunikation mit ihm war einfach und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist schön, hat ein großes Wohnzimmer und auch in der Küche wurden alle Bedürfnisse erfüllt. Wenn ich wieder nach Azrou komme dann gerne auch wieder zu Omar. PS: Der Besuch des französischen Sanatoriums ist nur mit polizeilicher Genehmigung gestattet, wir hatten eine unerfreuliche Begegnung mit dem Nachbarn, der uns hinauseskortierte und uns Zwang alle Fotos zu löschen.

Nous sommes venus chez Ayoub en famille (5 adultes et 4 enfants) et le logement était bien adapté, spacieux et confortable. La situation est très pratique, à 15 minutes à pied du centre de la Médina et à 2 minutes d'un arrêt de petits taxis pour visiter les autres quartiers de Fez. Notre avion arrivant tard, Ayoub nous attendait avec un couscous maison vraiment délicieux.
