House vacation rentals in Air Itam

Had such an amazing and cozy stay here! 😍 The place looks exactly like the pictures, and out of all the Airbnbs I’ve stayed at, I really love how the host designed this one, super homey and full of charm. I even got inspired by the design! 😋 The host was also super friendly and quick to respond. Definitely a 10/10 stay! 👍🏻

Great location, near to various tourist spot and huge rooms.

Had some issue with our previous airbnb and had to book another stay last minute. Was able to secure the booking with Dena and check in immediately. Dena and her team were very efficient and responsive. We checked in smoothly with them and we would definitely have another stay with them ☺️ highly recommend their unit as they views are good, sheet & toilet are clean and their unit is super cosy!

The house is nicely furnished in my opinion and good for big group gatherings. Many bed rooms available with a mix of single and double beds which are quite comfortable. And apart from the living room, there are other areas that friends/family can huddle around, both indoors and outdoors. All the basic amneties are provided and work fine. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive, providing prompt response and help when needed. The only downside I feel is the narrow road and insufficient parking. It's convinient if you have 3 cars (or 4 if you park one right in front of the gate). Anything more and you need to park further... and the nearby Sunny Point complex is an option, but you need a 3-5 minute walk back to the property. Also, food choices within walking distance is limited to a few Malay food stalls. Overall, it was good value in my opinion... just be mindful if you are travelling with many cars, then it might not be the best choice.

Thank you so much for hosting us! We really enjoyed our stay. I have to say De’s place is one of the house we stayed that doesn’t skim on giving comfort to the people. De’s kitchen has good utensils, bowls and mugs that are good quality. In many other places we had been to, they’re not good at all. Same goes to beddings and linens. De’s offered cleaned ones and comfortable beds. Thank you so much for clear instructions and for being a very responsive host. We will surely love to stay at your place next time we visit Malaysia again.

We had a great experience staying at Winnie’s place. The location is fantastic right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants and tourist spots. It’s a perfect place for families looking for a peaceful yet central stay. The room, although compact, was clean, cozy, and felt like a small Japanese-style home — very charming and well-maintained. Winnie was a kind and helpful host; she even provided drinking water and made sure we were comfortable throughout. The only minor challenges were the stairs — since the place is on the 3rd floor and there’s no elevator, carrying heavy luggage can be a bit tiring — and there was a temporary water issue one day, but Winnie resolved it quickly and efficiently. Overall, a pleasant stay with warm hospitality. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay!

The house was very clean and clutter free, and being a person that dislikes insects and dirty surroundings in a home, this place was perfect! Zero bugs, clean and clutter-free interior. It is very obvious that our lovely host has poured her heart and soul into this place. Loved the design of the place! Amenities were provided as per the listing, and check-in was a breeze as well. Location is great, and very peaceful. Apple, our lovely host, was very warm and friendly, providing us with directions and recommendations based on our trip. She checked in on us a few times throughout to ensure we're doing alright and if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for a clutter-free, clean, and modern accomodation for a big group. 10/10 for accommodation 15/10 for the host

Angie is one of the most accommodating and responsive hosts I've met. place is exactly as described, close to good eateries and some tourist attractions, yet still within a quiet neighbourhood. this unit reminds me of my parents house and i would come back again.

A spacious home that's perfect for big families. Ideal for those who enjoy hanging out together, cooking meals, and relaxing near the beach. The beach is within walking distance, making it very convenient. We were even greeted by some cheeky monkeys outside the house – they weren’t dangerous at all and just added to the fun. It really felt like a tropical escape, staying by the beach with a touch of the jungle. Thank you to the host for the lovely stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we checked in, we felt warmly welcomed – our host had even prepared a lovely hamper for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore Penang. Communication was smooth throughout – our host was always responsive, easy to talk to, and even answered phone calls promptly when we had questions. She also reminded us to enjoy durian during the season, which was a fun and authentic local experience we wouldn’t have wanted to miss! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Penang. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and reconnect with nature, I highly recommend this peaceful Airbnb stay. Nestled in a charming village setting, the property is surrounded by lush coconut trees and banana trees, offering a truly tranquil environment. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the rustling leaves was a refreshing change from the constant noise of the city. The air felt fresher, the pace of life slower, and everything about the place encouraged relaxation. Just a 5-minute drive away, I found myself at the edge of vast paddy fields — the view of the golden rice swaying in the breeze was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. The location is also great for exploring. Penang Escape and Entopia Penang are only about 30 minutes’ drive away, so day trips are easy and convenient. After a fun day out, coming back to the peaceful village atmosphere was the perfect balance.
