The apartment is 30 m2 and in an excellent location just a few meters from SILGAR, the supermarket and other services. Everything on foot. AIR CONDITIONING is available, GARAGE PLAZA, sofa bed, WIFI, elevator (it is necessary to climb the top floor on foot).

On the outside of the house has at the guest's disposal a barbecue with stone table to eat, garden with sunbeds, a hammock, porter and basketball basket.
