今までのレビューをご覧ください📚️ 世界中のゲスト様から感動的な感想が書いてありますので、どうぞご安心ください☺️ 皆様はこのログハウスは貸し切りです🏡 困ったら隣の家にHOSTが住んでいますので、いつでも直ぐにサポートできます。春はウッドデッキの前に桜が咲き、夏は眩しいほどの緑に覆われ、秋は窓のすぐ外に紅葉が広がり、冬は雪と静けさに包まれる。誰にも邪魔されないプライベートウッドデッキで、BBQをしたりコーヒーを飲んだり至福のときが過ごせます🍀 裏の坂でお子様が簡単なスキーの練習もできますし、私達でスキーを教えます⛷️ 登山愛好家の方にも最適です。建物の裏には徒歩5秒で、すぐ藻岩山の北の沢登山口があります。登山を楽しんだ後すぐにお風呂に入り、ウッドデッキで夕涼みするのは珠玉の時間です。近隣のスキー場へは約1.5キロ、定山渓や支笏湖方面へのアクセスにも便利な立地です。 BBQやスノーシューのレンタルも可能ですので、ぜひここを拠点に道央エリアの自然を満喫していただければ幸いです。もちろん、木の温もりあふれるお家でゆっくりお過ごしいただくのもお勧めです🏡

はじめまして。2023年11月から民泊を始めました。札幌駅から車で約15分の閑静な地域に佇む築約40年の１棟アパートの2階の1部屋です。私達は、同じアパートに住んでいますので、何かあればすぐに対応します。また、お時間が合いましたら、一緒に出かけたり、ゲストの方々とお食事をして楽しんでいます。札幌駅から3駅のJR新川駅から徒歩10分、地下鉄南北線北24条駅から徒歩約20分という少し不便な場所ですが、車通りは少なく、静かに過ごせます。コンビニエンスストアまで徒歩5分ドラッグストアまで徒歩4分スーパーまで徒歩10分生活には便利な場所です。また、電車で2駅行くと大型スーパーや温泉施設があります。施設内に駐車場が1台分用意できます(要予約)。一日500円で利用可能です。(私が日々使っている駐車場です。私が他の場所に停めます) ソファーベッドは170cmです。【送迎について】宿泊初日と最終日はできる限り新川駅まで車で送迎させて頂きます。時間が合わなければすみません。 Wi-Fi完備、専用のキッチン・バストイレがありますので長期滞在・テレワークの方大歓迎です。

はじめまして。TAROと申します。私はこの町出身の27歳です。皆さんとお会いできることを楽しみにしています。当別町は、札幌から電車で40分程度の立地で北海道らしい大自然と田舎暮らしを体験できる唯一の地域です。また、侍が開拓した町で、当別神社には侍の神が祀られています。ローカルのお店も魅力的で、ジビエ専門店、猫と触れ合える居酒屋など面白いお店があります。私は、ゲストの皆様に当別町でのローカル生活を体験するために1週間以上の滞在をおすすめします。長い滞在になれば、より深く当別町について知ることができます。夏は、自転車を使って15分も走れば、北海道らしい大自然を満喫できます。冬は、1メートル以上の積雪がある豪雪地帯です。雪だるまを作ったり、そり遊びをしたり、雪まつりもあります。
