Had a wonderful experience in this apartment! It is exactly as in the photos, very clean and well arranged, The place is located in a quiet area, everything while being close to all amenities necessary, which makes the stay very nice. Mariem, the host, is really exceptional. She is very kind and responsive, responding quickly to all my messages In addition, she allowed me to come early. from check-in to, which was a very nice gesture appreciated. A big thank you to Mariem for her hospitality and for making my stay so pleasant. I highly recommend this apartment, it's a haven of peace!

beautiful place, very modern and well connected. the area is very quiet and just 5 minutes from sidi bou said and marsa la plage. i highly recommend it since for a family of 4/5 people it can be a perfect solution, also given the presence of two bathrooms (one a service room) eric was very helpful and this is definitely a plus. thanks again!

Accommodation close to the cathedral, 5 min walk, souk and bab al bahr. Close to everything and restaurant etc. The balcony is great for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. Filippo is great. (off topic but there is a very nice tea bar on the ground floor but beware of the price charged different from those displayed)

Excellent on all points. Accommodation in a popular neighborhood, quiet and very well maintained. Really close to all amenities, coffee, super market…. Great communication, the place is run by a lovely family. There's always someone there to respond to you.

I stayed at Nabil's place for two weeks, and it was just as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, all in good condition. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride to the center of La Marsa and other places in Tunis, with some minimarkets and cafes nearby, but it is also a neighborhood in La Marsa that is still developing. Nabil is very helpful and always available for any questions. Overall, a very good place to stay.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this apartment! Everything is spotless, especially thanks to the maid who does a remarkable job. The space is well-equipped, nothing is missing to feel at home. The apartment was even better than we imagined: fully equipped, super clean, with all the necessities in a quiet and secure residence for a pleasant stay. Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.
