Logement cosy, à proximité du tramway, rapidement rendu dans Lyon , tout est très fonctionnel et bien pensé, nos hôtes ont été très réactifs et sympathique

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Muriel, pour visiter la région, entre les 2 lacs. Le logement est dans un environnement très calme, tout en étant proche des commerces en voiture. La décoration est agréable, et le logement très propre. C’était appréciable d’avoir la cour avec sa table de jardin, pour profiter de l’extérieur en fin de journée. Muriel est une hôte sympathique et réactive, et donne beaucoup de recommandations.

Le logement est très chouette., spacieux. Une vue sublime. Pour 5 personnes, c’est parfait. Une clôture adaptée pour notre chien. Un parking privé, tous les commerces à proximité, de beaux villages à visiter, l’accès au lac rapide. La vieille ville d’Annecy est à 10 minutes de voiture. Un restaurant excellent accessible à pied le bistrot du port’. Julien et Sébastien nous ont très bien accueilli. Voilà, séjour mémorable. À recommander sans hésitation. Emmanuel.

C&C’s apartment was just what we needed for a quiet break over the Christmas period. The location was good as we had quick access to Annecy and was within easy reach of both Geneva Airport and Chamonix where we spent 1 night. The welcome was very personal as C&C were at the apartment to explain everything to us on arrival and also at the end of our stay. The apartment had been decorated for Christmas. A real nice touch All in all a great experience. Feels like we have made some nice new friends.

Grosszügige Wohnung mit einer tollen Wohnküche an idealer Lage. Wir waren acht Personen und hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz für uns alle. Bahnhof, öffentliches Parking, Altstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - alles in ein paar wenigen Fussminuten erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

L'appartement proposé est spacieuse, lumineux, et vraiment agréable! On ce sent tout de suite "comme a la maison"! L'emplacement est idéal, on peut tout faire à pieds. A 3minutes du lac et a 10minutes du vieux Annecy. Je recommande chaudement ! On reviendra certainement!! Et on remercie l'hôte pour son accueil et sa disponibilité!

had nice two months in Frank apartment, he is very kind ,always answer fast . Apartment is new decoration with modern style . Frank knew we are from Asia ,I was surprised that he prepared few bags of rice in the kitchen. That’s really nice and heal my homesick .

A lovely home with great facilities and views. We were 5 adults and never felt in each others space. Hot tub, sauna and wood fire were a great addition too!

La maison de Kurt est magnifique, extrêmement confortable et idéalement équipée ! Au calme absolu et à proximité de tout. L’extérieur est tellement reposant et agréable. Super communication avec Kurt qui est très réactif et très sympathique. Vous passerez assurément un séjour parfait en réservant cette maison !

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans ce logement. La maison était fidèle à la description, et très propre. Un vrai moment de bonheur de pouvoir profiter du grand jardin et du soleil (ping-pong, pétanque,etc.) idéal pour ressourcer avant le marathon. Un grand merci à Bérangère pour sa réactivité et sa disponibilité. Je recommande vivement !

A casa é ótima. Vários quartos. Ótimos banheiros. Cozinha excelente, enorme com todos os utensílios necessários. Salas amplas. Tudo perfeito. Um jardim super agradável. Localização em bairro muito tranquilo, a poucos minutos do metrô e do supermercado. A anfitriã, Myriam, é uma pessoa ótima. Responde rapidamente. Fica disponível 24 h ( não precisamos chamá-la mas ela fica disponível). É uma pessoa muito atenciosa, muito compreensiva e bem flexível. Melhor anfitriã que já tive.

absolutely a hidden gem in the city! Situated in a quiet neighborhood up on the Fourviere, truly the place to be if you love to live like a local! Quiet, but not remote. Bus stop only 5mins walk away with several bus routes get you right to the city centre with literally 10mins of travel time. A small community high street nearby also offers all the groceries you need for your stay. P.s. the best bakery shop is also here! The property is a dream house for anyone that loves a good quality of living! Top quality amenities, kitchen appliances (Miele, Liebherr) you name it! Clean and tidy, yet warm and welcoming! We even enjoyed the Christmas decorations set by Sam and Louis! It is truly a home away from home! Sam and Louis were extremely friendly and helpful! the check-in was super smooth. We enjoyed visiting the places suggested by Sam and certainly the freshly laid eggs from the hen! Will definitely stay again!

We had a long stay at Stéphane's apartment and were 100% satisfied with everything about it. There is a wonderful pedestrian walking trail right nearby that takes you directly to Croix-Rousse with one of the best farmers's markets in Lyon. The bus stop in front of the apartment will take you to the train station or connect you to anywhere you need to go. A large and convenient grocery store is across the street. The apartment is very modern and well decorated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, something that is a must for travelers. I cannot think of a thing that Stéphane could do to make this a more comfortable and inviting BnB. You can reserve this apartment without worry. It lives up to all expectations. Thank you Stéphane.

Petite résidence sécurisée, appartement au calme, spacieux et très agréable. Avec petit balcon donnant sur de la verdure. Nous avons passé un bon weekend prolongé dans le but de découvrir Lyon qui est très accessible. Donc très satisfait. En plus, Ilias a été très accueillant

Bel accueil, et un emplacement magnifique, on ne pouvait pas trouver mieux et surtout très très très proche du lac ! 😅. Mireille, est une superbe hôte, je conseille cet appartement pour vos séjours à Annecy.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de passer nos vacances d'hiver dans l'appartement proposé par Elisa, un appartement très bien équipé, très propre et bien tenu. La maison est proche de toutes commodités, commerces, restaurants, remontées mécaniques et pistes. Elisa a été très réactive tout au long du séjour. Si c'était possible, j'aurais donné 100 étoiles

Un séjour de 2 jours chez Nelly et Jonathan parfait, un seul petit souci (qui se comprend) réglé dans la demi-heure par les hôtes, qui sont des personnes gentilles et très agréables, et soucieux du confort de leurs hôtes...un logement grand et très bien équipé, tout y est.....nous recommandons à 2000%

Super bon week end, les instructions claire et la réactivité de Laurence permette de passer un bon séjour. Même avec un chien elle a su faire confiance, merci encore. Nous aurons le plaisir de reloué si nous repassons par là.
