Small warm and functional chalet in the heart of the Bauges mountain range. Very well located between Aillon-le-Jeune and Lescheraines, it allows you to enjoy the many activities of the massif: hiking, swimming in lakes and rivers, cycling, caving, climbing, visiting farms and typical villages of the Bauges. The Massif des Bauges is a particularly well-preserved regional park. It is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is only 45 minutes from Annecy and Chambéry.

Welcome to the "Casa Santa Rosa" a traditional farmhouse in the middle of the Savoyard mountains. This farmhouse has been renovated by Enrique, it is divided into three dwellings (owner's accommodation and two gîtes). You will stay in an apartment with an independent entrance, ideal for a family getaway, our outbuilding can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. The garden is accessible to all travellers of the two cottages.

This small, well-equipped accommodation is located 15 minutes from the Aillons-Margeriaz resort and 22 minutes from the Saint François de Sales cross-country ski area. Located in the heart of the Bauges, multiple hikes are possible in the massif.
