In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. Refurbished apartment with beautiful lake views. It is located in a superb residence classified as a historic monument, 150 meters from the city center and the Chevalley thermal baths. You have private, enclosed and free parking. Two balconies give you the opportunity to enjoy the calm of the gardens. On the other hand, I have a boat with a berth in the port for walking, swimming and wakeboarding if you are interested.

Your host will be able to prepare the bath for the end of the day, upon request, and if the weather is favorable.
