Le logement de Salvatore est charmant et bien situé. Salvatore est un hôte très réactif et facile de communication. Il nous a même permis de rester plus longtemps que prévu dans le logement.

Violaine est d'une gentillesse sans nom, se rendant disponible dès que besoin, et le logement à proximité du lac est juste parfait pour un séjour détente. Studio très fonctionnel, proche de nombreux commerces. Propreté irréprochable. Place de parking très intéressante, juste devant le studio. Je recommande très fortement ! Pour ma part... J'y reviendrai !

Fab chalet, lovely views, well stocked kitchen with fondue and raclette machine. Walkable to Combloux centre and 5-10 mins from Combloux ski and Princess lift if St Gervais and Megeve extended area.

What a perfect spot Jessica’s home is just a short walk into the village of Combloux which has all the amenities you would need (small supermarket/ cafes/ bakery/ restaurants etc) as well as so much outdoor activities on the doorstep - either by short drive or straight from the chalet. The chalet is so peaceful and the setting is so beautiful. We couldn’t stop admiring the view over Mont Blanc and surrounding mountains - incredible! We stayed here as a young family with a very active 10m old baby and it was perfect for us. We had everything we needed including high chair, travel cot, plates. Plus the setting was safe enough for her to explore with our supervision. Jessica met us at the property to welcome us and was helpful and flexible when we were delayed arriving from the airport, making it less stressful. A perfect first taste of the area and we are already talking about our next trip to visit again and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you 😊

Die Unterkunft war super sauber und der Whirlpool mit dem Ausblick war überwältigend! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Thank you for such a lovely stay! The place was beautiful and peaceful and the views are amazing! We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook for ourselves, the 2 porches were great. Such great value for money!

An absolutely wonderful place—we highly recommend it for any type of getaway! But what truly makes it special is the host, Marcel. He is an amazing person—kind, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He personally greeted us upon arrival and was always ready to help, making us feel completely at home. The view is simply breathtaking—you are right at the foot of the mountain, and you can admire it almost straight from your bed. The apartment has everything you need, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It’s clear that Marcel puts a lot of care into this place, and that’s exactly why you’ll want to return again and again. Fidele a la description, tres calme pour dormir, on entend un peu les voitures lorsqu on est sur la terrasse qui est par ailleurs bien ensoleillee le matin, avec sa vue sur le mont blanc. Tres bon qualite prix, on a passe un bon sejour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le bel appartement de Nina! Celui-ci est tout près du lac et à proximité de nombreux points d'activités très sympas (restaurants, bars, point de location de velos). L'appartement était parfaitement équipé et Nina et son partenaire ont été très accueillants, et réactifs par message, encore merci pour ce beau week-end! Julie

Richard hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war während unseres Aufenthalts stets zu erreichen. Er war ein toller Gastgeber der mit Rat und Tat hilfsbereit zur Seite stand. Extrawünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Die barrierefreie Unterkunft mit einer stilvollen Einrichtung war picobello. Sehr gute Lage am See. Alles war fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Der wunderschöne Garten und die private Terasse waren Extraklasse. Absolute 5-Sterne-Empfehlung.

Michelle propose un logement très agréable à vivre, proche de la plage dans un quartier très calme. Le logement est bine décrit, petit mais bien équipé et très fonctionnel. Par beau temps, il faut profiter de la terrasse dmet du jardin bien ensoleillés. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Saint-Jorioz et, bien que nous n'ayons passé rencontré nos hôtes, la communication à été claire et très cordiale. Michelle a proposé des jeux pour les enfants, des vélos pour les ballades et est très à l'écoute de ses locataires. Annecy est magnifique mais également tous les petits villages autour du lac. Nous conseillons particulièrement la plage/piscine de Saint Jorioz, accessible à pied!

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.

Berenice’s house was exactly what we were looking for in Annecy. The house is beautifully decorated , only 10’ walk away from the beach. Bright and spacious rooms in a peaceful location, perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing place where to feel home. Berenice is a fantastic host, she gave clear instructions, was very responsive and accomodate our needs. We will definitely recommend her house to friends and will look forward to returning to her home in the future. Thanks!

Bei der Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein älteres Bauernhaus mit Charme und einer sehr guten Ausstattung. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, Wenn wir einen Punkt hervorheben müssten, der uns besonders gefallen hat, wäre es der sehr schöne und weitläufige Garten, von dem man einen tollen Blick auf den See hat. Wir haben es sehr genossen, dort auf der Terrasse ein schattiges Plätzchen finden zu können und uns ab und zu im nah gelegenen See abzukühlen. Mathieu war ein sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Bei Fragen war er stets erreichbar; um ein kleineres Problem mit dem Kühlschrank hat er sich sofort gekümmert und es beheben lassen. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns auch über den netten Willkommensgruss. Auch die Rückgabe war völlig unkompliziert. Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub, denn auch die Gegend ist toll, mit vielen Möglichkeiten zu sportl. Aktivitäten. Die Unterkunft von Mathieu würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Imaginez la maison de vacances parfaite au bord d’un lac : Un lieu qui procure immédiatement un sentiment de bien-être – aménagé avec amour, une touche de légèreté méditerranéenne et des détails chaleureux qui parlent d’hospitalité. L’équipement ne laisse aucun souhait inassouvi, allant de petits instants de luxe à tout ce dont une famille peut avoir besoin. Nos enfants ont eu d’innombrables possibilités de jouer dans le jardin et au bord de l’eau – l’ennui n’existait pas ici. Le soir, assis sur la terrasse, regarder le soleil se coucher sur le lac pendant qu’un rire discret résonne quelque part – nous avons rarement respiré aussi profondément qu’ici. Ce furent nos plus belles vacances. Un endroit où l’on a envie de revenir.
