Great place everything was well organized and easeasy to find what was need and turning cooking or washing cloths. Anything you need they had available for use. Would 100 percent recommend for someone visiting!

The place was great! We’re locals who had an emergency flood and were able to book same day. Gabriel’s place is located in a great area with parks, groceries and the highway easily accessible. The place itself was great, backyard was roomy with an alley behind so no worries about my dog or noises

This place was as described! We had a small hiccup at check in (replacing a dishwasher and dryer took longer than anticipated) but they were very communicative and compensated us preemptively for our late check in. We were able to drop our bags off and do some shopping while we waited. Pool area was nice, although there are mosquitos and it’s hot so bring your sunscreen and off! We had to clean the grill to use it, and some rugs weren’t put down, but since our check in was wonky we chalked it up to that. If you’re staying awhile grab some extra garbage bags and ziplocs - there aren’t a lot of storage containers. Kitchen is pretty well stocked - some more steaks knives would be helpful and a few more coffee mugs although the mugs are huge! We asked a few questions while we were there and always always had a super timely response. Overall - great stay!

Grant was great. When looking for additional properties we always look for 1 of Grants places. we have rented several of his properties and his homes are always Great. Super responsive and always willing to help if any situations arise. Will continue to rent from Grant. Thanks for all your help !

We had a great stay! The backyard was so pretty and the pool super refreshing! The home was very nice and had everything we needed and more! It was super clean and the neighborhood was really nice too! We’d choose to stay here again anytime we came up to Tempe!

I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, private, peaceful, and super convenient. Check-in was a breeze, and the pool was the perfect way to cool off and relax. Dilyara was very responsive and communicative throughout, and all the instructions for accessing the home and parking were clear and straightforward. The house was clean, comfortable, and felt like home. Would definitely stay again when back in the area!

Amazing, amazing stay at the Tempe Jewel. We were in town for a whole week hosting different family members for ASU graduation. Every need we had was anticipated by the hosts, this house is completely stocked with conveniences. We spent every morning on the patio by the pool with our coffee and fire going if it was a little cool. We took grad pictures by the pool and beautiful bougainvillea. The beds were so comfy, the sofas comfortable for several people, plenty of indoor and outdoor gathering space, 10 minutes from the airport, campus and anything else. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Thank you!!!

Had a lovely stay. Enjoyed the pool most of the day and was able to feel at home and get some rest. We loved the decor of the home and the appliances like the huge refrigerator. Highly recommend this Air bnb to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable and well equipped place to stay!

Such a nice little place in a great neighborhood! We felt right at home and Kelsey had some ice water for us in the fridge, which was great! We enjoyed the pool quite a bit! It is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was the perfect staycation for Mother’s Day with my family ! Everyone loved the home and the pool was such a plus for the kiddos 😉 I loved Taylor’s communication and prompt replies with any questions I had .

My family and I just left Tami's place. We drove in a for a short 2 days in Phoenix from Texas. , Tami's place was just what I was looking for. House was beyond our exceptions, beautiful, very spacious for 7 people, very comfy beds. My favorite was backyard facing the golf course and beautiful & fabulous master bathroom and closet. The price was well worth and we would stay again! Wish we were able to enjoy a few more days. Thank you so much Tami!

Wow! What a charming home with a modern and cozy aesthetic. Sarah did an exceptional job with communicating before and during our stay. She even went above and beyond with providing a pack and play and highchair for our family’s stay. 10 out of 10 would recommend this home.

John and Lynor are wonderful hosts and made us feel welcome. The place was well appointed with so many details and amenities. We enjoyed coffee on our private patio, lounging by the pool, and the pets. The dogs are very well behaved and we had fun feeding the tortoise. The master bed and pullout couch was comfortable and the air conditioner kept us cool. We enjoyed the proximity to South Mountain for a hike and a sunset view, and we took a day trip to Sedona. It’s a quiet neighborhood and we loved chilling out at our place after a busy day. Yoga at the Farm at South Mountain was amazing! Highly recommend.

Wonderful home with a beautiful back yard and lots to do!!! This is truly a gem of a spot to stay at and we enjoyed every minute we were there!!! I did have some questions for the hosts but Alyseea and Logan responded quickly everything I reached out. Thank you for giving us the ability to stay in the comforts of a home while we visit near by family!!! We all loved it!!!

We needed a place to accommodate our family of 5 who were in town to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. The house was 5 minutes away from my daughter and had ample space to accommodate us. There were thoughtful amenities provided so if you forgot a toiletry item one was right there. Everything was clean and bright and the guest book at the entrance clearly explained what was expected and laid out the hosts “rules”. Everything was easy to understand and Toynette answered all of our questions promptly. She was wonderful in letting us know what to expect as this was our first Airbnb stay. We would definitely book with her again.

This place is absolutely spectacular!!!!! When I was looking for a place in Phoenix to hold a small event and this house popped up in my search I thought, “Why is Airbnb snowing me places in Sedona?” But sure enough, this is Phoenix! In fact, the vantage point from South Mountain affords an amazing panoramic view of the entire city and the mountains beyond. Hanging out on the porch in the evening, you can watch the transition from night to day as the reflection of the Arizona sunset on the mountains is gradually superseded by the lights coming on all across the city. And the house itself is magnificent, with wrap-around windows and appointed with high-end appliances and luxurious bedding and towels. We loved the place and we loved the hosts who were super-responsive, friendly and accommodating. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!
