Die Ausstattung ist modern und komfortabel - besonderen Wert haben wir auf die Beleuchtung gelegt. Der große Garten ist mit seinen möblierten Terrassen und der Aussenküche nach Südwesten ausgerichtet und sonnendurchflutet. Das Ferienhaus ist vom deutschen Tourismusverband (DTV) mit 5 Sternen klassifiziert.
