House vacation rentals in Ağva Merkez

While we were researching for a 3-day vacation, we saw this house and evaluated and preferred the comments. We knew when we arrived that this preference was a very accurate decision. The welcome was extremely gulerian and very clear information about every detail at the first time of entering the house. The house has a very nice design and every detail has been considered. Everything you will need is in the house. At the same time, we received the house in an extremely clean way. A total of 7 people with two sieves, we were very comfortable and had a good time. We stayed with my wife for 1 night, Mr. Fatih helped us with everything, everything was clean and tidy, the temperature of the pool was very good, the morning breakfast was quite sufficient for two people, there are problems with hygiene in such places, but everything was sparkling clean, maybe we were more careful than I was pregnant, there are shops 2 minutes away by car for dinner, we preferred to take meat and barbecue in the garden, we had a good time on the advice of Mr. Fatih, we had a very pleasant time, the host woke up the morning with a bell and breakfast, they entered the garden directly in the bungalow we stayed before, they respect your privacy here, everything was as in the photos and worked smoothly, air conditioning, wood fireplace, barbecue, shower, hot water, projection, in short, we were very satisfied, in short, it was more convenient than other comparisons, it was a place we would prefer again, my only suggestion was that you should take the time off, you will be more comfortable. The house was clean, convenient and full of sufficient furniture. The pool was clean and lovely. Mr. Adem was a caring, welcoming host. Whenever we asked a question, we got an answer in a very short time. We had a nice experience. We recommend it.

The stay was very comfortable, and the most distinctive thing about this place is the tranquility and the beautiful view that adds a special character to the experience. The owner of the house was helpful and cooperative, and he was always ready in case we needed anything, and we thank him for his hospitality. The house is as it appears in the photos, everything was thought out and the location was good. Ms. Çiğdem was interested. It was a pleasant stay that could be preferred again.

we were looking for a peaceful place in Istanbul close to the sea and mountains and forests. This is the best place for this purpose. So we got completely relaxed there. Moreover, the location is very organic- you may buy fresh milk straight from Turkish village citizens, freshly baked Karadeniz bread from the local old lady who is making herself it, you may buy fresh groceries there. Black Sea is 10 minutes away by car. The place is also close to both Asian and European parts of Istanbul. About house- the housekeepers are very helpful and empathetic, whenever you need help, they can do that. We did not know that the house is well-equipped so we brought our dishes, containers, shampoo etc. However, everything was there. Overall, we had amazing experience there with our kids. thanks to this place for that

This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

Honestly and without exaggeration The place, location and reception staff are excellent and deserve my sincere thanks... I will return to stay with them whenever circumstances permit and I will recommend friends to stay without hesitation... I hope the hotel management will honor the reception staff for their good work

I enjoyed sitting there, the place was more than wonderful

It is a great place to spend time with a large group of friends. We had everything in the 4-story building, we stayed with full pleasure. Mr. Ferhat was extremely caring and helpful, communicating with us very well. We thank him very much. We would love to come back in the summer to use the pool:)

It was a villa where everything was thought of. There was even ice in the refrigerator. Although we messed it up a little, we tried to tidy it up as much as we could in the morning :) I wish him plenty of customers.

Ms. Ayşe welcomed us with her beauty and sincerity. Thanks to the location information, we found the house comfortably. Their kitten was very sweet. Thanks to them, we didn't encounter any snakes, bugs, or anything else. They officially took our stress, and it was an opportunity for my son Anil. Everything was thought out and spotless in the house. Even though it's a calm and relaxing home, you don't compromise on your comfort! Kitchen utensils were thought out to the dishwasher detergent. We have stayed in different houses before, but I can say that we have not stayed in such a tidy and clean place. The house had everything we could need, up to the information notes. The only thing missing is that we couldn't find a hanger to hang our coats. The garden, barbecue, patio, our enjoyment was nice, and the house was always warm. We would love to come back. There is also a parking area with a barrier where you can safely park your car! We woke up with the sounds of birds and the fragrances of flowers, we slept in the fresh air in the comfortable beds! We didn't want to heat it because we didn't want to use the pool.

First of all, we had a very nice time, the house garden and pool were perfect. Mr. Hasan was in communication with us, he was very understanding and hospitable. Her brother delivered the house to us, and she was very nice and welcoming. The items in the house were old. The tables have lace on the consoles and they were all very dusty. We advise you not to step on the carpets barefoot. The plastics on the floor in the bathroom were very worn out and broken. There were huge cobwebs and spiders all over the house. But if there are people you enjoy with you for general accommodation, your enjoyment in the pool and garden is priceless. We enjoyed it immensely and highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful holiday. Mr. Volkan was helpful with everything from our check-in time to our departure. Perfect vineyard house with its nature, landscaping, location. A house I would like to go back to, thank you again Mr. Volkan.

It was a very pleasant stay. Clean apartment and totally matched the photos shown. Very close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Rojhat was very friendly and welcomed us even though we arrived very late at night. Everything was great. We'll be back

Buket’s place was delightful! It felt like a home away from home very quickly and is very well stocked. During our stay here, we got to see a quieter, more residential side of Istanbul — at the Airbnb, we cooked, attempted a 1000-piece puzzle, and had a restful time. We also visited Buket at her shop on Heybeliada, one of the Prince’s Islands. She is super helpful and very friendly and we were so happy to meet her in person. Would definitely recommend this one for solo travellers or couples looking to have a quiet break while in Istanbul. Hope to be back one day!

We very much enjoyed the authentic neighborhood, away from the Istanbul tourist madness, and felt comfortable in the house. Merve is super nice and like Ozkan absolutely uncomplicated.

The apartment is in a very convenient area with restaurants outside the door and the tram around the corner. It is in a little back alley behind the restaurants and secluded and private once in the apartment. Dilek was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
