The history of our house and its garden began in 1890–the Ottoman Empire times when builded in the middle of lovely fruit-gardens.Our grandfather bought the house and became the third owner in 1975.In 2011 we opened the cafe in the garden and called ‘Sera House’.It’s decorated with the old furnitures from the house and it's very popular in Uskudar district because of it's unique garden and nostalgic ambiance.And now we welcome you at our mansion and hope you feel like at home and share memories.

We share our facility with you, which is close to many places in Sapanca and Kartepe, where you will find unique peace and can benefit from the opportunities around, and where you can get away from the noise of the city and spend time in nature. Our facility has a total of 9 rooms. 1 standard 1+1 room can accommodate 4 people, 4 standard rooms can accommodate 2 people each, 4 rooms with verandas can accommodate 3 people by opening an extra bed. Here is a sheltered, detached bungalow with magnificent nature. The garden has giant trees, a landscape with all shades of green, colorful flowers, a pool and a jacuzzi. The interior of our bungalow, which we have opened to this new service, has a Turkish bath, a fireplace and a kitchen. It also has underfloor heating. Village breakfast is included in our price. We will be happy to host you and look forward to it. Note: Jacuzzis are out of service

Our 1+1 Bungalow house is a detached house with a sheltered pool, a green garden with a mountain view, completely made of wood inside and out. There is a barbecue and swing for each house outside. Inside the house, there is a kitchen counter, refrigerator, kettle, electric stove, plates, etc. It is a quiet place where you can have a good time with your family, 10 minutes from the center, markets, places to visit, restaurants and cafes.

L'Isola Guesthouse™ Heybeliada

The luxury guest house L'Isola has a shared indoor kitchen and an open courtyard. It is located away from various negativities, especially noise and crowds, but close to the commercial area, 450 meters from the center of Heybeliada.
